Never an apology or anything. Have always paid for 6 months at a time for box rental and suddenly this last time with no warning it was increased to a full year. I have had the pleasure of volunteering with Habitat for Humanity in many different times in my…read morelife (high school, college, adulthood), and have seen first hand the good they do for the community. My most recent volunteer activity was with my company, so I had a group of folks I knew from my day-to-day life there with me, but you won't always have that. But that means you'll meet a few strangers to turn into new friends! There is a task for any level of expertise. If you're a newbie, you may just be holding a ladder for a bit. If you're a little green but have some experience you may be able to paint some things. If you're an expert and have experience in certain construction things, they may even have you helping to attach doors and put up drywall. These are just examples, but the point is that no matter your skill-set, don't let it keep you from volunteering. The main "construction" of cement pouring and foundation building is obviously done by actual professionals, so you can't do anything that will mess up the house too bad. I definitely recommend volunteering with Habitat for Humanity. While it may be hot (because most builds have been done during the summer in my experience), and some hard work, it can actually be a lot of fun!

We…read morehave had a contract with Virtual IT for many years (prior to my arrival this year) for internet, computer and phone support. Upon renegotiating our contract and obtaining bids from other companies - we chose to move our services to a different vendor. Upon discussion of the transfer and in discussion of the migration process, Virtual IT transitioned our product in a very unsupportive manner - allowing no transition period and instead cutting off our services 4 days prior to the end of their contract. Additionally, their Executive Vice President of Technology Services, Brian Roberson was incredibly derogatory to the CEO of our company on the phone. Speaking over her, not offering clear support for the final days of the contract and being exceptionally unprofessional. The means in which he conducted himself on the phone is indicative of the experience in which this company has behaved over the past month during the transition. Our business has gone elsewhere and I feel even more confident in the decision we made, now having seen the unprofessional, degrading and unsupportive customer service Virtual IT provided.

I'm not sure WHAT I was thinking, and thought I would have to go back to him and tell him we couldn't handle his request of custom sizing and 3 sided triangular ones. I came across FireSprint (cool name right?) they only deal with companies, not the end user, and I was stoked by what I saw. I had renewed hope! FireSprint is not only freakishly affordable, their customer service is on point, they are patient with designers in creating custom templates, and they are so nice! They pushed my order through production and I swear it was here in 5 business days. Shipping cost was not crazy at all. The end result was a beautiful bollard cover that was exactly what my customer had ordered. They made us look like magicians! We now intend to advertise bollard covers more heavily in our marketing. They are affordable for us AND our customers! We have already recommended them to our wholesale printer. Pass the word if you are a sign company and need these for your customer. This company is amazing.
