Nice and interesting location. Since the railroad tracks run behind, most of these lots are long and narrow. That creates interesting parking. They've done some nice work on landscaping and it easily could become a little sidewalk cafe, but I do believe there's one just like that next door. Prices are reasonable and for the size of the store, they have a good selection. Nice people who run it. It it's a slow day, they may have time to pass the day for a few minutes and talk. Walk in and you feel like a customer. Help if you need it, otherwise, explore. You don't feel like they're watching your every move in anticipation of shoplifting a big jug of wine by putting it who knows where to get away with it. Doing a BBQ in the backyard and forgot the beer? Five minutes to pick up a six-pack or a bottle of wine if you're on your way to someone's house for dinner. But, they're just not an "oh, I forgot and it's a quick pickup" type store. This is the type of store that you want to do business with over and over again.
