This place is a complete joke and waste of time for anyone considering giving these clowns business in my opinion. Went to get two house keys cut and they were cut wrong. So I drive back and tell the guy he didnt cut the key right.. Then he re cuts two more wrong keys..... So I go back in after the second wrong key cutting.- this time I check before going back home. I tell the guy you cut my keys wrong again! He tells me, go back home and try it first.... ummm. Excuse me..?! Why would I go back home when I know you didnt cut it right? So I can waste more gas and time.?. I even tried to get the guy working there to look at the keys he cut wrong so he could see what I meant. He says to me, I dont want to see your key...! WTF kind of business are these people running??? You refuse to see that you didnt cut my key right but you want me to waste another 20 mins of my time to find out it wont work just after I told you you cut them wrong??? Dont waste ur time with these people in my opinion- horrible customer service and lack of respect towards their customers in my opinion. I will NEVER do business at Forest Lawndry again and, will tell others of my bad experience too!!!! read more
