They're making responses to save face. 9/2/20 They sent a payment plan and asked for a good faith payment. Instead of recalling from Hunter Warfield they sent them my payment to "place it on hold." They are very deceptive in their practices. You might look into a fair housing claim since they do not treat everyone equally.

Over an hour passes and I call and see why no one has even scheduled anything with us to fix it. They tell me they put in the work order & it's out of their hands now so I get the company's number that will be fixing it & I call them and remax told them the house was unoccupied so it's at the bottom of their priority list. It's 90 DEGREE WEATHER AND ITS BEEN HOURS WITH NO AIR. Never mind that there's all kinds of other things wrong with the house that I'm sure won't get fixed any time soon. I deeply regret signing a lease with them and encourage everyone else not to.
