Despite an attractive setting and an ideal location within the city, this place is now 'managed' by the widow of a nice man who unfortunately passed away too young, leaving this park in the hands of a very incompetent, indifferent, arrogant woman who thinks she knows everything - and actually knows nothing. She has no regard or even simple respect for her tenants, she won't enforce even the simplest Rules to ensure the safety and contentment of her tenants, and she hikes rents just to get rid of any tenants that complain - about anything. I lived there for a number of years because her husband was a good and sensible businessman, but I left after she took over because it wasn't long before her mismanagement got in the way of everyday life for the residents... and a number of other residents left as well.
