This is one of the worst purchases I ever made. I drove eight hours from Tennessee to buy a trailer in Denton Texas. I purchased Warrentee's and the dealer kept the money and didn't purchase the warranties for me so I have no gap insurance or anything yet I'm out over $5000. I have no recourse because the company went out of business. This is one of Forest River's licensed dealers. And dealing with Forest River it took 63 phone calls and several months before anybody would call me back. My trailer is falling apart the table the couch are poor design. Basic necessities such as refrigerator, stove, water pump, leaking, sinks, etc., are a problem with this trailer. The manager of the Salem hemisphere trailers Shane is of no help and unwilling to do anything to correct these issues. I am out $55,000 for a trailer that cost $34,000. My advice is buy a keystone or anything other than a Forest River. read more

The most unresponsive organization I've ever dealt with. Multiple calls unanswered to Scott Hundt. 2017 Sandpiper that has been nothing short of horrible. Tire blew right off the lot, roof peeled back after arriving at site, entrance door won't close without hanging on it, have had to replace refrigerator, converter, batteries,heater insert, black tank improperly installed resulting in black water flooding the entire underbelly.
