I asked JP for basic info to pursue the at-fault party - he ignored me for 48+ hours then responded with excuses instead of help. JP claimed he "cannot comment" because I filed a regulatory complaint. He's using my complaint as a reason NOT to help me. That's not what agents do. State Farm already has the info I need. JP could provide it in 5 minutes but refuses. I've filed complaints with BBB and NY DFS. An agent should advocate for customers, not obstruct them. Cannot recommend.
