For starters, the building has the most solid bones in town. With cinder block walls and spancrete floors and ceilings, your room is practically soundproof. There was hair everywhere and bugs and a bunch of stuff on the floor. We tell them we don't want the room. It's too dirty and we found other accommodations and she said she could only refund one night at $120. Meaning they still got $120 although we never even got to stay in the room. I say whatever cause I'm just gonna dispute it with my bank and then she tries to tell me that it's broken and she can't refund anything eventually leaving us to call The local police who was able to get her to magically fix the machine she claim is broken. Would never recommend we had zero issues with the previous management, but something is horrible about this new one. Also, she couldn't even get us into our room because it wouldn't let her in and she had to manually take apart the lock. Just ridiculous and a waste of time and I paid $97 for the Hilton in Fargo and they're trying to charge $120 a night for a dirty room. insane. So thankful for Chaz's Air BnB on 119 Main saved us from this disaster! Beautiful and same cost!

They just don't care. They are running this hotel into the ground, in it to make the money and nothing else. There are no other hotels in Grafton so one is forced to stay here. I've had to stay here twice a year for 10 years now. In the beginning it was good until new management took over. The bar and food closed down. They use to make great homemade pizzas that were worth looking forward too. The hot tub has never been open and the pool is hit or miss. The rooms are dirty, appears they barely ran a vacuum over the floors. They should shampoo the carpets. Holes in the ceiling down the halls, daylight showing between the wall mounted heater/AC. Fingerprints on the furniture in the room tell you they did not wipe anything down. When you first walk in there is usually someone sitting at the front desk on their phone and others just standing around. Sidewalks are not shoveled. Basically there are a lot of things that could be done to improve this hotel, but there is absolutely no effort to do so. When you see the rates go up you're optimistic that maybe they have made some updates to improve the property, but it appears it is only to pad their pocket book.
