I think this the the biggest Forever 21 location that I've been to. It's two story with escalators located at the center of the store. When I was in the store there was stuff everywhere. My goodness. I wasn't sure where to begin or where not to begin. Things were jammed so tight on the racks that you could barely look through them. There was no order to the clearance section. Sizes were all mixed along with items so you had short sleeve t-shirts mixed in with sweaters and tank tops. It's a bit too chaotic for my taste. Sorry guys but gotta get it together here. Goodness I should have just read the review and kept it moving. I live in Jax FL and our store is at least 4xs bigger yet this store is a hot mess. It's stuff jammed and boxed everywhere and it's just hard to shop period. I understand it's Monday but great day in the mort this is away for this type of mall at 7pm. Let's get something out of the way, Fact: Forever 21's are a mess. That's just how it is, not saying it's right, I've just gotten used to clothes scattered everywhere and boxes stacked upstairs. You have to know how to shop at these kinds of stores and find what you want. It's a skill you have to have if you want to be successful at shopping at forever 21 and thrift stores. I've never had a bad shopping experience here, and the last few times I've been the employees have been very nice. I went on Black Friday and I expected it to be a huge mess, but it actually wasn't that bad and the cashier complimented the outfit I had picked out. I went back the next day to make a return because I had gotten the wrong sizes and the process was super easy and the cashier was very patient and friendly. Came in today , everything was fine , until the cashier. My boyfriend had tried on a hat , like anyone else does by trying cloths etc , she ended up saying we have no morals bc we are trying on stuff , hopefully her ass gets fired , i don't know if she was under someone else's name but it says the name is LeJavian , cashier number 2115472 . Disrespectful, zero customer service, and messy: I used to love coming in here because the clothes are so affordable, but now I don't want to come back. Tonight around 8:30 pm I went to try on some clothes in the dressing room after looking around for a few minutes. A woman kindly told me that her manager made her "shut down" the dressing room. Before I could even reply, another woman yelled across the room that I could "forget about it" and said "we close at 8:30". After looking up their hours online, it says they close at 9pm and their doors were still propped open when I walked by the store.. She also told me to "not even try going in there" because it's "blocked off" with a rack of clothing in front of it. I later found out that same woman was the one who made the nice girl "shut down" the dressing room. It was not only totally unprofessional, but plain rude. Not to mention, I was in there a few days before and saw clothing all over the floor and today I noticed most of those same articles of clothing were still on the floor! The store was super messy, management was extremely rude and unprofessional, and they had 1 cashier helping a line of 12 people. I just wanted a cute outfit to wear to a concert but instead I got yelled at, so I bought it without even getting to try it on AND that same woman who was yelling at me across the store was yelling at another woman in the checkout line. It appeared that a hispanic woman and two young girls with her (probably around ages 9 or 10) in line were not understanding the rude woman (whom I assume is a manager) when she was trying to tell them that the shirt they were trying to buy cost more money than they had handed over. The rude manager yelled loudly and slowly "MORE MONEY" in her face while making rude gestures and rolling her eyes. After the woman handed her another $10 bill the manager continued to huff and puff and roll her eyes. I was appalled at her behavior especially since she appeared to be a manager or supervisor of some sort after I noticed several other sales associates taking orders from her or asking her questions. So my friend went into your store on Monday(the day after Easter) to return a shirt she bought that was too big. She only had the shirt for a few days and had the tag with her and everything. The rude lady that was at the cash register was being horribly rude to my friend and wouldn't let her return the shirt because the tag was off of the shirt EVEN THOUGH she had the tag in her hand. She was just on her lunch break trying to return ONE SHIRT that was only $12. She wouldn't take it back because the tag wasn't on the shirt. REALLY!?!? The part I'm most angry about is how horrible she treated my friend and gave her the worst customer service I have ever seen. Other customers started leaving as well because of her rude and unprofessional that lady was. THE WORST PART WAS THAT THIS RUDE LADY FOLLOWED MY FRIEND TO HER JOB AT THE MALL AND WAS HARASSING HER AND RACIALLY PROFILING HER AT MY FRIEND'S JOB!!! This lady is crazy and should be terminated!!! I shop here often and I love their plus size selection. It is more organized than anything else in the store (besides the men selection). Their items are nice and affordable. It's just really hard to shop in there. It doesn't matter what day you go to the store, it will always be dirty and unorganized. Their customer service is not the best. I can never find an employee to help me. If lucky, I will find one in the fitting rooms. read more

Person checking out was on the phone the entire time, I understand you're short of staff, but there is no need to complain to customers. Customers don't have the fault. Instead of complaining, the staff needs to do better at working with what they have. Also people at cashwrap should do better at smiling at customers and just overall be nicer. Hands down the WORST customer service I have ever received. I am 21 years old and have been working in customer service since I was 16 and the service I received from the employees as well as TWO store managers was horrifying. Last month, I bought several items from this location. The store was filthy and the employees had horrible attitudes and offered no help at all. The girl who checked me out kept eyeing me and my boyfriend and asked me to provide a photo ID to go with my card. I have NEVER been asked for an ID for under a $40 purchase. I'm mixed and my man is black so I suspected that's why she asked. We drove all the way home to Athens (an hour away) to discover that she never placed one of my articles of clothing in the bag. I called the store the next day and an employee hung up on me after I explained the situation. I thought it was an accident until I called back and asked to speak to a manager and the employee gave me a horrible attitude. When she finally got the manager, the manager was even ruder and denied that I was telling the truth and that it was my fault that her employee didn't finish her responsibility of putting all of my items in the bag. I was very upset and asked if it could be shipped to me since I lived so far and the manager basically said the only thing they could do was hold it for me..like who is dumb enough to drive an hour away for a sweat-shop quality dress? I asked her how long they would hold it since this is the only option she offered and she promised that they would hold it until whenever I came to pick it up. Flash forward one month and three days...I go back to the mall and ask for the manager to pick up my dress. I was very polite because I know how much of a pain a horrible customer can be even though it was the store's fault. She immediately walked up with an attitude and said that I was unable to pick up the item I PAID FOR AND NEVER RECEIVED!!! She then went on to suggest I was lying about the conversation with the other manager and it was my fault for not checking my bag for all my items when I was leaving the store. She offered no apology and was extremely rude and belittling to my friends and I. I wish I would've gotten her name but she was the manager on duty at 8 pm on 6/6/19. I will definitely not be shopping again at this location let alone this business ever again. Don't shop here unless you absolutely love being treated like complete and utter trash and disrespected by a woman with clumpy homemade individual lashes :) Unprofessional af!!!! read more

The clothes I found were really cute but when I was checking out with my sister, they asked if we wanted a rewards card. Stores like American Eagle have rewards cards that give you certain points depending on how much you buy. I thought this was one of those but they started asking for very personal information like social security number and annual income. They also asked for a drivers license which my sister had to show them. They kept calling it a rewards card except it was obviously a store credit card. They lied through their teeth twice. I'm really disappointed in that because I love that store. read more
