Without a doubt Tabitha and Scott Talbot are my FAVORITE salon in the area. I spent a good time down in Columbus and was devastated by my return to Akron when I realized that I needed a haircut a couple of months after my move. I am extremely picky about my salons because my curly hair seems to have a mind of its own. So I thought I'd try Scott Talbot again. While I was in Columbus, Scott Talbot seemed to have grown too. They are much bigger than when I was in high school. I was scheduled with Tabitha and the fates must have brought us together because she can do things with my hair that no other hair stylist can. Not only is she awesome at hair, but she's beyond friendly and nice just like many of the other stylists I've encountered. Plus, as a regular Tabitha does free bang trims. I'm always extremely happy when I leave. I'm also always happy with the service as well. I can call and get in with Tabitha either that day or the next. They are so accommodating and as prices go I feel that I am getting more for my money (which is reasonable priced) at Scott Talbot than any other salon.

I had my eyebrows microbladed about 15 months ago and I was probably way overdue for a touch-up! I…read moredecided to try out the brand new microblading studio here in Green, OH about 3 weeks ago. They share space with a spray tanning salon right in the shopping/restaurant complex at the roundabout on Massillon and Steese towards the back. Firstly, the microblading space is gorgeously decorated and very clean! Jen, the studio owner and certified microblading specialist, is super friendly knowledgeable! She will answer any of your questions and walk you through the process. She spends a lot of time "mapping" out your eyebrows so that they will enhance your eyes and make you look gorgeous! Additionally, she didn't take as long as I anticipated it would take! You will also receive a free touch-up 6-8 weeks after your initial microblading! Then your eyebrows will last anywhere from 12-24 months (depending on your skin-type and how well you follow the aftercare directives)! People always ask if microblading hurts. Jen uses a topical numbing agent to ensure that you aren't uncomfortable! I suppose it's similar to getting a normal tattoo, but instead of a needle with a small motor attached rapidly pricking you, it's a very thin blade that makes hair-like scratches before pigment is inserted. Listen, I'm going to be honest with my fellow Yelpers. It doesn't exactly feel like a relaxing massage. But, surprisingly, it didn't hurt! Thank goodness for a topical numbing agent! Make sure you follow her aftercare advice and your eyebrows will last longer! It is normal for them to itch a couple days after getting microblading. Make sure you don't scratch them! Resist! Resist!

Kimi's work was amazing, it was so great wake up in the morning and look in the mirror and see eyebrows just like everyone else (without having to draw them on!). The brows completed my face. Just went back for a touch up and they look great. So natural you can't even tell its permanent makeup and not my real eyebrows. Only my close friends know the truth.

This place is AWESOME!!! My friend and I got their spa pedicure special on Saturday and we had a…read moreblast!! The staff are extremely friendly and laid back so while you're in a really nice, clean salon/spa, you also don't feel judged or stuffy. As soon as we walked in we were taken upstairs to the pedicure stations. We were each given a glass of wine (came with the package) and we relaxed in the chairs with our feet in the hot spa foot tubs while we waited for our pedicurists (is that a word? lol) to get situated. It was fun talking with them while they worked on our feet and they also respected our personal conversations between just me and my friend as well. They did more than I've ever received during any other spa pedicure. They scrubbed our feet, filed them, clipped nails, foot mask, foot scrub, lotion and massage, and painted our nails. It was the fastest hour of my life because it was so relaxing! I seriously could have sat there all day. When we were finished, the ladies helped us move into the next room so we could let the paint dry on our nails. My toes look great! The paint was perfectly done. This experience was worth every penny and before our pedicures were over, my friend said she wanted to come back. I don't think we'll be going anywhere else for salon treatments. This is THE place!
