I moved into this area and read a few reviews on this salon, so I went twice. For 2 nail fills and a pedicure. I was not impressed. My second visit, I was greeted with "got an appointment?" - by the fellow I had an appointment with and who I had previously seen! I was not impressed with the treatment I received. I absolutely did not feel welcomed. I did tip well, even though the nail fill wasn't great - I was not thanked or asked if I wanted to rebook. A few nails are crooked - I was told "no one will see that but you" What? Who's paying for this? Considering the atmosphere and what I felt was an unwelcoming salon, I will not be going back. read more

Great experiences here getting pedicures. My shellac pedicure lasted almost a full month. Nice facility and good color choices.

I'm going to say that Forever Nails and Spa is a pretty average nail salon. It's not too pricey, but it's not extremely cheap either. It doesn't do exceptional work, but it's not the worst quality either. It's pretty much moot. The people working there are relatively nice. I'm pretty sure it's an Asian family that runs the place, and they have pretty thick accents, but are still really friendly and try their best to talk to you. I enjoy engaging them in conversation when I go in. What sets them apart from other nail salons and hair removal places is that they actually do tinting as well. You can get your eyebrows tinted for $12, or your eyelashes to $15. I think that's pretty cool. Other than the tinting, the prices are average. $35 for acrylics, $45 for gels; $15 for eyebrow waxing and $20 for a bikini. They allow you to walk-in for a treatment, but they also take appointments. It's a good enough salon, but just isn't one I feel the need to visit often. It's good if you're in the area, but it's not one of those "I have to go here" kind of places. It's moot. read more

I am very very disappointed with my time at Forever Nails. I paid 80$ for a set of acrylic nails and was disappointed to find out they didn't even give me a basic manicure (when they clean your nail beds and cuticles) beforehand. This place is terrible!! I stopped going because I went in for a nail repair a year or so ago and the woman doing my nails RIPPED my nails off! It was super painful!! A girl friend and I went in to get a pedicure today because the location was convenient and thought I'd give it another chance, we were there for over an hour and a half, the water was cold and they charged me 63$ (normally 53$) because I got a layer of sparkles!! I do not recommend this place and will never go back!! read more

This place is great. Good location, parking in the back, and all staff are very friendly and accommodating. I got a french shellac manicure, it was the best i've ever had - lasted well over 2 weeks, almost 3 weeks. I told them I didn't want them to trim my cuticles and they did not charge me for the manicure - only a polish change, which is very reasonable considering the solid work they performed. The staff mostly do not speak english (pretty standard for these types of places) but there is one there who speaks english fluently and is able to translate so the staff knows exactly what you want and need. Great neighbourhood nail and pedicure salon. Its more along the quick and get its finished than an spa but the chairs are awesome (massaging), its clean, the ladies and man are nice, they put liners over the tub, endless colors and good prices. Can't beat it. read more

Worst pedi I've ever had! Zero cuticle work done. He used an emery board to file accross the entire flat surface of my nail beds causing 3 different burn marks on my skin which are now scabs! It stung so bad when they rubbed the white skin softener cream into the raw open skin. Messy paint job. $47 waste of my time and money. Sorry, I wanted to support a small local shop but so NOT professional. I hope I don't get an infection. read more

I've been going to this nail salon for 3 years and I've never been disappointed. Everyone that works there does a great job and my nails last for at least a month without chipping. They have a lot of shellac colours to choose from and are constantly getting in the latest and newest colours. read more

I've been going here since June/12 and it is a Vietnamese Lady that owns and operates this business. They do pedicures/manicures/gels/acrylics/shellacs etc. I have never had gels before but from my friends comments (all the time) they love mine! Numerous times I have had one nail fall off due to my own fault and for $7 I get it replaced. I think once you come a few times they get to know you especially if your coming in for fills and really are quite efficient and fast. If you want to be pampered like a movie star then probably pass this up as they are not set up for the "tea" tranquil music etc. read more

Absolute worst pedicure I have ever had. They took a whopping 20 minutes to complete it. Instead of dissolving my shellac already on my nail with acetone, they literally ripped it off my nail, with pieces of my nail coming with it. Now my toe nails are cracked and thin. My daughter got her acrylic nails here on June 5th and to date with one fill they are immaculate. No issues no lifting and very reasonable prices. I was so impressed as the last time I had acrylics was 5 years ago and had trouble after trouble with lifting and replacing. Her experience was enough to have me try acrylics again. read more

I was quoted an amount of $60 for a fill for eyelashes. Im the middle of the service was told that I was given a new set. Was not informed of the price change until I was paying once the service was done. Was charged $136 instead. Had I known the price, I could have easily found another salon for a reasonable price. Not only was I charged more than double than the quoted price, they started the service late which interrupted the rest of my days schedule and made no apologies. VERY UNETHICAL business practices. I have been here before and really enjoyed it. But this last time I was there I went for a pedi and Mani. My pedi was great, we moved to the Mani station and it was dirty with someone else's nail dust (gross!!). She did my nails, and then walked away and started someone else's nails without saying anything to me..she just left me there. Time had passed and finally another lady came over and sprayed my nails with that dry spray and sent me on my way. No lotion, no hand rub...nothing!!! It was an awful experience. A few days have passed and I noticed that my nail Polish has kept SO well. I mentioned it to someone, and they told me I have fricken shilac on my nails!! I didn't ask for this, nor did they make a point to clarify anything with me. I wondered why she was putting my nails in the heat lamp, but just assumed it was some way of making the paint dry faster. The language barrier at this place is a serious problem. I am very upset and will never go to this place again! They were adverting $35 for nails yet I was charged $70 all because they used a special bonding solution yet no uv light was used just a fan! The part I decided not to return was when the girl ripped my old nail tips off with another nail tip after that she sanded my nails down to the point it was burning and I flinched a few times. My nails were sanded 3 times! When I left my nails were not even 100% dry and she didn't even clean up under my nails! I wonder if she did such a terrible job knowing that I don't get nails too often, though my sister is a nail tech of 18yrs and won many awards in Alberta. Do to my nice nature and looking at their appointment book which was right beside me wide open with only 3 appts for the day I felt sorry for them and still tipped $10 on top of the $70. One thing is for sure I have let all my friends know not to go there and I will also never return and that's one good costumer they lost. I just hope my nail beds will be ok for next time I visit a nail salon! read more
