They got us in right away, and they were all so sweet and helpful. They quickly redid the bride's hair and even touched up one of the bridesmaids' updos that was also falling down. The salon itself is beautifully done, complete with a coffee bar. Overall, they turned a stressful situation into a fun trip to DL. Highly recommend!

I love my color choice and the polish is top quality. I mean, for this girl who does outdoorsy hiking, typing, cooking and all sorts of busy handy work with her fancy schmancy digits I'm rather impressed with how this manicure has lasted beyond the usual chipping. But here's the thing. Service was slow. There was only one lady working (another worker arrived an hour later). But as you can imagine, this is not adequate to get the bride plus 4 gals out on time. That's a star knockoff due to poor planning. I mean, that is what appointments are for, right? Ugh. Seems to me that the salon didn't plan ahead for us. They just treated us like walk-ins. Tsk tsk. Way to stress out the bridal party on the big day. It's a bummer to find a quality salon when you simply cannot rely on them.
