The shop is great, the staff has alot of knowledge on their products. I was able to go in and get the perfect sub ohm mod to fit my needs. I went with the Joytech Ego One. Its the strongest small sub ohm pen right now. I love it. When I asked Avion about the e-liquids I told him what my preferences were as far as nicotine content and flavors and immediately he found some familiar flavors for me as well as some new ones. His knowledge and customer service was spot on. The E-liquid is a bit pricy but you pay for what you get, simple as that. My first time experience was great and I definitely will be coming back at the very least to pick up more e-liquid and play a game of pool. My only reason I wouldn't give a 5 star review is because the only thing I found wrong with the shop was the cleanliness. For the most part it was clean, but there was some parts that had a film of dust on them. The glass was dirty on the display cases. If they beef up there cleanliness of the shop, 5 star for sure. This is my one stop shop. I go up once every 2 weeks or so to buy all the juices I want. Customer service is great. They always fill me in on the newest juices and brands they come across. These guys know what they're doing when it comes to experience and trouble shooting when people come in with their mods. They are highly dedicated to satisfying whether it be information given or someone wanting to get into vaping. They don't push any sales and really concentrate in people's needs. I go up there just to hang out because of the environment and everyone is chill. They have coffee cokes pool tables and good back ground music. I used to go all over trying to find the vape shop that fit my needs and this is defiantly the only vape store I trust going in. As a non-smoker going from smokeless tobacco to ecigs, my knowledge was very limited. After watching several videos, reading multiple reviews and safety articles, I decided to find a local shop to visit. Upon entering Forever Vapes, I was immediately greeted by the owner who, in a matter of minutes, made me feel like we were long lost friends from college. His product knowledge and "bedside manner" was beyond reproach. He offered me different options at different price points - no trying to sell me more than I needed. It turns out that I ended staying there and enjoying his and a couple other customers' company for over an hour. It was a FANTASTIC experience! The staff here are super funny and outgoing!!! The ENTIRE staff is VERY knowledgeable. They have a wide variety of gourmet e-liquid available for you to test out before you buy. Best customer service I've ever experienced in a vape shop. Even stayed open late to show me how to hook up my new tank because I had burnt up my coil doing it by myself. To top it off they gave me a new coil. Pretty awesome place. Been vaping a long time and always keen to find a new shop...these guys are it. Juice selection is one of the best in Houston that I've seen, equipment ranges from less expensive but nice clones to high end mods and mechs.
