After the ceremony my party had to move a few tables and chairs back just so we could eat! She left in a hurry and didn't help at all. Then at the end of the night we had to put the rest of the tables and chairs back (yes in the contract it says I have to put everything back the way it was before I got there but we also had to clean up her mess) She had told me that my security deposit would go towards the bar bill. When I went to go pay it they had told me they had given enough her the deposit earlier in the day and she would never had said anything if I didn't ask her about it. She plays stupid when you ask her things like she has know idea what you are talking about. She also charged me over 4 times the amount of the venue to use it when it wasn't even her venue!!! So let's back it up to the moment he asked (of course I said yes to my one in a million man) and the wedding planning began. Just like every normal woman, we have had the vision of our perfect wedding day planned out since we were the age of 5. Never did I think it would take place amidst a pandemic or that it would be executed as flawlessly as it was thanks to Krystal and her daughters. From the first time I spoke with Krystal, I knew she saw my vision and would bring it to life. She made it completely effortless. Truly! I was worried about finding the right vendors for hair, makeup, dj, flowers, cake, photographer and all the other jazz that goes along with wedding planning. But, before I could even start to stress I would get a phone call saying "I have the perfect person for this" and just like that it was taken care of and another worry off my shoulders. All the vendors that Krystal works with are fabulous and were created for exactly what they do. I couldn't have chosen better ones if I tried. Krystal coordinated our entire wedding from beginning to end. She is truly one of the hardest working people I have ever met and her passion for this business is amazing. We chose to have a backyard wedding since I have the most amazing space for it. The day of the wedding Krystal and her daughters arrived as soon as there was a touch of sunlight to start setting up. They set up the ceremony as well as the reception area. They worked nonstop until it was perfect and believe me it was. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw my envisioned dream wedding right in front of my eyes. The attention to detail and the amount of romanticism to our entire venue was truly unbelievable. Pat came highly recommended from multiple people. We decided on a small wedding on the beach at…read moresunset and didn't want to wait, so we set the date a few weeks out. I called Pat and she was so friendly and helpful. She explaining the different kinds of wedding ceremonies she performs. We opted for the fastest, due to our budget restraints. She was really sweet and said she wanted to get to know us so she could make the ceremony special for us. She said she usually meets with the couple to get an idea of their personalities but due to the short time frame and scheduling conflicts, on our end, we decided to do a video call. Pat was warm and friendly on the call. She felt like a family friend right away. After the call she emailed us questioned to answer about each other and our relationship. It was fun homework. We emailed her back the answers and she then responded with examples for vows which were beautiful. The day of the wedding it was forecasted for 90% chance of rain. The wedding was on the beach and we had no plan B so I picked up some waterproof mascara and eyeliner and said a prayer. It stormed and rained cats and dogs which delayed the set up, we had our reception in the beach also, but thankfully it cleared up just in time. Pat was early and super positive about the rain. When we finally got set up and it was go time and Pat was wonderful! She spoke loud enough and clearly for everyone to hear. She was funny at the right times and sentimental also which we will treasure forever. At the end she included all the guest which was sweet and fun. I highly recommend Pat!
