I loved that the company is local and Cee, the owner, is the one you actually communicate with. We reserved a limo to take my mom to dinner for her birthday. The limo was really nice. It was more than I expected! He was on time, had balloons, snacks, and had stocked the bar with champagne, non alcoholic cider (kids were part of the trip), and water. The interior lights were awesome and we were able to connect to the entertainment system and play music from our phones and watch TV. We arrived to our destination on time and we're safely transported back to our house. It was such a pleasure to not have to worry about driving and be able to relax and enjoy time with the family. He kept in contact with me from the day before to confirm the time, to the day of, giving me a play by play that he was on his way and then reported to me when he had the guests in his limo. He texted me when he was back at the venue for the return trip. He also let my guests know that he could come back earlier if they needed. The limo is a little dated but Landon made up for it with his great hospitality, communication and low rates! If we need a limo again, we'll definitely use Famous Limo!

The carpet was dirty. They advertised that it seats close to 18 but our group of 12 were squashed. It would have been nice to be given instructions on how to use the tv or music but nothing was written inside. Looking at my receipt I was charged for an 18 passenger but got a 14 passenger. When I got out I asked about the water and the driver said it was inside in the cooler. When we finished up, we went back into the limo and there was nothing. Be sure to check what your getting. Update: I have 12 witnesses who will agree that there was no water in that limo. I'm not sure why this company would flat out lie.
