As a first-timer, I had no idea what to expect, but from the moment we sat down for the consultation, I knew I was in great hands. Kyndal was incredibly attentive and truly listened. When I mentioned I play golf and often pull my hair back in a ponytail, she zeroed in on those details and crafted the perfect plan. I went for a bold 4-inch haircut and I'm absolutely thrilled with the results! The entire staff is top-notch, the atmosphere is relaxing and upscale, and the service is genuinely next-level. The changing room, restroom, shower, lockers, and quiet room are in perfect condition and constantly being cleaned up and restocked. There are plenty amenities and products available for use in the changing room and a few snacks, a magazine, and cold water in the quiet room. You are treated with a tea or other beverage (never paid attention because I'm all for the tea but maybe a wine or a sparkling wine?) before and after your service.
