I would recommend getting this - I almost wish I had gotten this instead of the empanada. I got an empanada with tuna and tomato inside which was good but not amazing. The sweet pastries and croissants looked great but we didn't have any of them. The cafe con leche was good, but what I particularly liked was the freshly squeezed orange juice that I could see them making to-order. I'd highly recommend getting a glass of this. Overall, nice place to come get a pastry, snack or quick breakfast. They have seats at the bar or small tables to sit and relax and the ambiance is nice with a lot of natural light and windows.

For only 1.70 Euros you get a decent sized cafe con leche and a large croissant. Their croissants have a sugar wash, thus making them slightly sweeter than French croissants. This bakery also offers croissants that are dusted and baked with chocolate that are in the traditional crescent shape. They also sell tiny croissants. Locals frequent this bakery on their way to the train. It has great big windows which allow​ sunlight to pour in as you enjoy your pastries. The bakery offers a selection of premade sandwiches to which they will add ingredients to taste. If you're in the Gava area, definitely​ stop by.

The people who helped us were very helpful and friendly, trying to translate 'anise' for us before we found out that it's the same in English (haha, just a spice we hadn't heard of). We tried a donut, the anise pastry, and a chocolate-filled pastry. This may sound weird but the donut looked fake, like the frosting was so perfect it didn't look real! Tasted amazing. The anise pastry reminded us of biscotti. I got a chai tea latte, which was yummy- just a little confused on the glass choice since it was a hot drink. And my friend tried the cafe au lait.
