Our group stumbled upon Forsbacka Wardshus on a road trip through Sweden. Very charming, traditional restaurant (I believe only open for lunch) at the hotel with a wonderful "old world" flavor to everything -- the service, the food, the beautiful surroundings. The menu is small but good (with the usual semi-heavy Swedish offerings) and it is not terribly expensive. There's a feeling of being thrown back in time (in a good way) with the style of the rooms -- very old fashioned, very 'country'. Situated in a lovely park. read more
