I have stored personal belongings at this site since May of 2013, at times, I stored in up to three different lockers having always found both Derland and Ray to be extremely accommodating and helpful. This window asked that I do not leave a comment if I have any connections with the owners or the staff. After this many years, how does one not make a connection with such a friendly group? In many regards, I consider them now as very good friends. The facilities are exceptional and the staff, I imagine, second to none. I say imagine as I have never used other storages but based on my experience, you owe it to yourself to look first at this Storage Facility noting that I would not hesitate to also recommend it to family and friends. read more

Had an excellent experience with them! Location is easily accessible, exterior is well lit and very safe, never once had a problem with access at any time, well maintained carts were always available for moving stuff in/out, temperature was always well controlled, storage unit size was exactly as advertised. As for the company and their employees, they were all extremely helpful and genuinely nice - it was a pleasure doing business with them. No surprise fees, sign up and closing my account was very quick and simple. No awkward pressures to get a bigger unit or interrogations when moving out (like I've had before with other storage unit companies in the area). Everything with them just ran smoothly! This group really has their stuff together. One added bonus with this facility is that they have a truck you can use for move-in. I took advantage of this and everything went completely smoothly - saved me a costly moving truck rental! Highly recommend! I'd still have a storage unit with them if I hadn't moved to another state. read more

Derland and his co-workers at Fort Knox storage were very friendly and responsive to my changing needs. I initially thought that I would need storage services for 3 months. However, the construction of my new home took almost 9 months. The completion date kept changing, which caused me to repeatedly change my departure date from Fort Knox. Derland was understanding and allowed me to be stress free regarding my storage needs. I can't say this about much else in the construction process. Additionally, I found Fort Knox's climate controlled facilities to be the most affordable storage facility around. The building was also clean and easy to access, and at the same time very secure.
