Turns out, that was a bad idea. If I could give negative stars, I would. Everything in dealing with this company has been messed up. From the installation of one door to the replacement of the crash bar on another, Security Glass has found a way to make mistakes. The response I got was always "I'm sorry. I'll have a tech there later this week" followed by "I'm waiting on the tech to get back to me" to "Parts were delayed" and every other excuse in the book. When techs were sent, the problem was always blamed on the previous guy making a mistake. I cannot urge you enough--do NOT use this company.
