please avoid this place at all costs. they are listed as closed and didn't inform any customers of…read morethat while having all of our tax paperwork there. we were told today that we are going to be late to file and possibly receive a penalty even though we filed months ago. the owner was ill and refuses to take responsibility for not having her staff communicate with any customers. the phone lines were down for almost two months and the building was closed. my husband was told today that "that simply isn't true" even though he went there and the building was completely closed and they are still listed as closed online. this is a scam of a business. we have used hr block for 11 years and they have now lost customers because of this owner. i will make sure to tell everyone to avoid this place!!
