My wife took two pairs of cotton pants and one cotton shirt to be laundered and pressed with no starch. They dry cleaned the pants and laundered the shirt, bit pressed with light starch!!! They may not know that starch actually damages the wrinkle-resistant finish on most modern clothes. But they should know this if they're in the cleaning business. At the very least they should listen to the customers . I will never let them touch my laundry again because you can't fix these people. read more

Pop took clothes and sons suit to be pressed. They could not remember if they included his vest(3 piece). They called to check. Woman in person and on phone bitches and doesn't want to check for my wife or my pop. If you hate your business and self that much close your doors and go home.
