Do not take your car anywhere else but Fort Worth Automotive. Steve and his team are the standard in customer service in an industry that suffers from a bad reputation. We had our Nissan Murano towed to Fort Worth Automotive when it died on my wife. They took a look at it and found that the air intake hose had come lose and that is what caused the car to not run. Any other place would have charged for the assessment and the labor to figure that out. Not this group, Steve called me and told me what it was and said no charge, just come back whenever you need us. While at TCU, my truck engine began overheating. This was the first major problem I had experienced with my vehicle. I was nervous about bringing my car in because I do not know too much about my vehicle and replacement prices, but I also had to get it in quick because I needed transportation to get to my internship and my truck was not drivable. I took my car to Fort Worth Automotive because they were close to my internship. Despite having a full lot, they contacted me about my truck with a quote within day. While my vehicle took some time because of the winter freeze stopped part shipments and my cab had to be removed to fix the engine issues, I was kept up-to-date. The work was also finished within a shorter time span than expected. Steve was always willing to talk and great at explaining what was wrong with my vehicle. I can't say enough about what great service I received at Fort Worth Automotive. I'm semi-handicapped and they not only picked my car up but delivered it once the repairs were completed. Steve, who is unmatched when it comes to customer service, called me with the estimate and took time to answer any questions I had, not once did I feel rushed off the phone. I had a good experience with my auto repair. I came in with my sons car which needed a wheel bearing and serpentine belt and the mechanic did a good job for a reasonable price. Spending money on a car repair is never ideal, but when you have to you at least want quality workmanship at a fair price. This is what I received. read more

What a wonderful place to do business. Steve and his crew are always keeping me on the road! Honesty is the only word to use for Fort Worth Automotive, I have read several reviews on them and have spoken to them in person. There is nothing dishonest about this shop, and I think to smear a business because you did not understand the what he was saying. I asked Judd the shop manager what was with that review, he told me that the customer came in wanting a state inspection, the inspector stated that the she needed wiper blades. After quoting the wipers at $7.85 each she declined to put the on and said to have the car brought around. O and the button on the shift was already broken, and she told him that before the inspector brought it around. The $85 was for a new shift handle that he said he would do all the labor for free just to make her happy, I know all this because there is audio of the conversation through there security system and they let me hear it.. They should be able to sue someone that slanders there hard working and honest business like Rhiannon J did! Go see them for all your repair needs!!! They are the BEST!!! read more
