Cannot overstate how much I enjoy the class atmosphere! Each workout I've done so far has been challenging but do-able and the trainers always ask about injuries and offer modifications. The small group format means lots of attention, if you're doing an exercise incorrectly or struggling with a weight the trainer corrects you right away or offers a different version. As someone who is easily intimidated by free weights, these classes are a great way to get more comfortable with them. My one critique would be that package pricing is high compared with other workout studios in the area (city fitness thrive, orange theory, amrita etc) . It would be nice if they offered a monthly package that was priced around $80 without annoying subscription cancelation rules. Still if you view the class as more of a group personal training session it has great value.

The trainers there are really nice and give you a lot of great technique and information about how to get a great workout. The rates are reasonable and the other clients in the group classes all seem to enjoy the classes as well. I like the fact that you can sign up for the classes that you want to attend online. This way you know who is teaching the class and what the theme of the class is. There is plenty of parking in the area and they also offer flexible hours for the group classes that fit my schedule. So far so good.

Had me do a few mobility exercises and took his time trying to figure out my needs, wants and expectations. Although he offers 1 one 1 training, I chose to join and work out on own. Super nice space and clean. I like it here. Refreshing to see the owner there at 6am. He's now one of my barbershop clients. Funny how that works.

Finally, the equipment is in good condition compared to other studios (dumbbells, bands, BOSU balls etc..) and they maintain it well. After waiting for about 30 minutes I was able to follow in behind someone and access the gym. The gym is pretty minimalistic but has all the basic equipment. Definitely a weightlifting gym. Once I started working out someone finally texted me back. I think they definitely need a different process especially for classpass members. The instructions aren't great and they definitely need to invest in a person that can be available 24/7 for troubleshooting purposes.

When…read moreI started, I was out of shape and felt like I couldn't do anything; lots of movements caused pain due to my surgery. The coaches at warhorse were super patient with me, adapted the workouts to what I could handle. Now I'm hitting all time PRs not just in bench press but also in deadlift and squat! Never thought I would be able to deadlift ever again, never mind hitting all time PRs on a regular basis! It's a very unique set up for a gym. Usually you have to choose between very expensive personal training or generic group classes if you don't want to go solo at the gym. Warhorse is the perfect balance, you get all the support you need when just starting out and when you get more comfortable you can be as independent as you want. The program always gives options to choose from to fit your goals or level. Trainer is always available to answer questions, help pick exercises from the program; help with form or give you a spot for a new PR. And all the trainers here are awesome!

I was going to be in the area for a festival so decided to get my work out on while I was in the there. This location is fairly new; it's been open less than a few months. It is clean a beautiful space to do some strength training. Facilities are immaculate, and the workout equipment is new. I met the general manager and the owner Micah, both were super nice and passionate about what they do. Micah pushed us throughout the workout, and I loved that the class was about proper form while strength training which is something that is ignored at other gyms. The class was challenging but adjusted according to your fitness level/strength, anyone can do it! I would call this gym home, if I lived closer, thank you for the great workout MAD!

The Pilates shakes are SO REAL. I have absolutely been humbled. She is so inviting, warm, knowledgeable, and has a great coaching/instructing style that really pushes you. I also love the music she plays during the class she has great taste. Her classes are my go to for a great workout!

The studio is very clean and has a nice vibe to it. The staff is super friendly and nonjudgmental and the classes have a perfect mix of challenging and fun. Often Pilates studios, in my experience, have no availability and you end up wasting classes, but not the case here. The credits last like 6 months (compared to some that only last a month) and I usually don't have trouble finding time in the week that works. The only downside is that they don't have a water bottle refiller so come with full water.
