But, when installing the microwave, the installer botched it up and we had to order a new one. Well, after 3 weeks of waiting, we called the store and Jim said it would be another 2 weeks. The man after 2 weeks he said he couldn't order it anymore because there was a freeze on Fridgedaire. Well, that was a problem because the microwave was a GE brand. So, we figured the store just didn't have the money to spend in correcting their mistakes, so we asked if the old (new) microwave could be installed or if it was actually so damaged from the original install. The installer said he would come by the house and see if he could. Well he never came by, but Jim called and said the installer said he could do it. So, a few days later, the installer brought the microwave and yes, he could install it correctly but when he plugged it in the microwave was dead! Would not work at all. So needless to say, my husband had him take it back down and asked him to leave. Well he was starting to take the bAck off the microwave to see if he could fix it and then said, "Well we can order you a new one?" My husband never cusses but proceeded to tell that guy to get the hell out of our house and get us a refund. The next day, a person at the store called and said the refund was in the register, which we picked up the next day. Now we have to go pay more to get one that matches, but we don't care! We will never shop this store again!

We had only had our Samsung for two years, but the control board was damaged. He informed us that it was a fault in the design as it lacked a filter to protect it from loud noises and heat. He placed an order for the part and was back within a week to replace it. All work was completed quickly and efficiently.
