We had a patio covered by Fortress Floors two years ago and it developed some cracks. Contacted Meredith at Fortress Floors in Savannah and she came right out for an assessment. Without hesitation we were informed that a new application, with a new warranty would happen. After many weather delays, Jeff Pruett from Fortress and his crew came out (arrived an hour early!!) to resurface. Amazingly thorough, fast and friendly experience. Jeff explained the procedure, made sure all my questions were answered and finished up with an phenomenal looking patio surface. Thank you all for the help. I never write a review after the job is done because I am a retired Engineer and I need to see the product as to how it preforms over time. Dan, came and gave me an estimate, not knowing what the price would be, I thought the price was a little costly, but after he talked about the guarantee and the process they use to prepare and install, left me quite confident and I agreed to get it done. It has been 3 years since the installation and looks the same as the day it was installed. I'm a stickler for cleanliness and the beauty of the product is you mop it in 5 minutes like your kitchen floor. I have dropped things (being a garage) and no chips. I love it and I'm not kidding. I have given Dan 3 happy customers as well. If your looking for a beautiful job and something that will last - this is what you want. Top notch company in my book. read more

Poor business ethics. Worthless "TRUE LIFETIME WARRANTY". Do not do business with this company. We had this installed on sidewalk and steps leading to our home recently. It was very expensive but we wanted a permanent solution and we were heavily swayed by the true lifetime warranty as part of the decision process. The website says "We provide a TRUE LIFETIME WARRANTY For as long as you reside in your home against peeling, chipping, cracking, fading or yellowing. " (Capitalization is theirs). Their quote for this specific job includes the exact same language, "We provide a TRUE LIFETIME WARRANTY For as long as you reside in your home against peeling, chipping, cracking, fading or yellowing." After just 4 months, we are seeing some cracking and I contacted the owner to correct it. He wants to charge to repair it. I asked about the warranty and he yelled at me over the phone "No one will guarantee against cracks".... What??? Your website says it right on the front page! Your proposal for this specific job says it???!!! read more
