After making him wait and repeatedly trying to contact him, the boss claimed my brother's efforts were "not enough," which makes no sense considering he waited for hours and tried to communicate. He was then wrongfully terminated over this situation. Fortunately, my brother already had another job lined up with a company that appreciates his work. However, this situation could have been very difficult for someone who truly depended on this job for financial reasons. I would not recommend working here or doing business with them.
