I have had great service with this company. They installed Ring camera at my house. These People are friendly and genuine. The camera quality is very clear, even after the work was done I was able to call them for support. Very helpful with tech support and on call on weekends too. Guys wear a mask and very respectful. Due to the camera I found out that our babysitter was leaving our children alone at home and smoking outside every 10mins. GREAT! GREAT! GREAT! - My friend dropped his keys in Lake Travis Friday Night, Memorial Weekend. We did Google Search for Local Locksmiths to rekey and placed numerous calls. All the co's we called said $75-100 to come out and labor is additional but no one would tell us how much labor to rekey and they new year, make and model of truck (someone that does this for a living should know how long). We finally came across Fortress. The guy met us within an hour of our call - had the new key made in less than 30 mins only charged to remake the key. Had this company come out and remove an old combination lock to a newer digital keypad on my gun vault. I had a Sentry Safe that decided to stop opening right when I needed my passport. Upon doing some research on the internet, I came to learn that this is a common issue with that product. When I contacted John, he knew all about it, was ready to fix it on the same day, and was even willing to come to my place after hours to make sure it got done. I ended up getting lucky and the safe magically decided to open before John's arrival, so I canceled the appointment, but I felt that the interaction I had with him (plus the fair price he quoted me) warranted a positive review on Yelp.
