I feel so much better after reading the other reviews! What started out a mutual commiseration about prices being so high turned into a fiasco with the sales person following me out of the store to stick out his tongue making fart noises... I should have left when I heard the price of a box of hemp smokes ($16-almost double what I pay near my place), but instant gratification got the best of me... Then I chatted about inflation and how awful it is for every day people right now. Businesses charging pandemic prices long after the pandemic ended and shelves are clearly indicating that the supply chain issue has resolved. This guy didn't set the prices, but the owner should be ashamed of himself for gauging people. I conversed that people don't really care about others like they used to, thinking this guy was actually interested in the conversation. Instead, in what seemed to be a disposition induced by THC or Delta 8, the clerk's apathetic face blank as a wall during our conversation. I acknowledged that as well by communicating that he didn't seem interested in what I was saying , as I smiled with confirmation and left the store. Why waste breath on disinterested people? That's when his passive aggressive disposition seeped out; he followed me out of the store to tell me that I was rude, went back in, then came back out to stick out his tongue and use it to make fart noises with this mouth. LOL What in the world is happening in this country? This guy seemed like he smoked weed alllll day. He admitted that he doesn't even buy stuff from that store; he either steals from it, or buys from somewhere else. Yeah, he steals from the store he works at. Nice. Price's are outrageous it's just unbelievable that they charge so much, selection is mediocre, service was weird.

The man who works the evening shift was not very helpful. They're selling used vape, pens, HQD's in that vape store. I bought a vape from them and the vape is not working. I come back to file a complaint and let the guy know that the vape isn't working and he tells me that he cannot do nothing about it or even give me the managers number to talk to the manager and let the manager know what's going on with their product. Person over the phone was very rude. I asked if they had 18650 batteries available. The person answering said "Yes, but we only have a certain type that is 3500mAh which is bigger than the usual and tends to get stuck in many devices". I then asked "how much bigger?" since that obviously does not sound like an 18650 battery if it's too large to fit a device that uses 18650 batteries. Hi today around 4pm my mother and my sister in law walked in the store. Looking for a Elf bar vape, while looking one of your employees asked my mother for her ID and then asked us for ours since we were with her. That's a question we don't mind getting asked but we received that in a highly disrespectful tone. Followed by that, his coworker friend was apparently there and he started getting a higher tone. When we asked if it was okay if we just left to just allow my mother to get what she needed. He gave a rude attitude and looked at all of us and said no you all need ID. So we understood and left and I recover my iD and went back. Bought the vape and asked for the owners number so we can contact them on this issue. Then one of the employees that was there but didn't say anything still, we returned again and the quite coworker that was there for the issue stated that the person that was helping us was the owner's nephew. Come to finding this out. It made my mother and sister- in law infuriated to find out that the person that should be showing the most amount of respect and making the business look good, ended up discrediting the company there family has built. I'm leaving a review and posting this in it, do to the lack of respect and shown entitlement and the best part the employees walked out of the store the second we left the first time in red car with there friend and we saw they were rolling up marijuana. read more

Not sure what all the bad reviews are about but every encounter with this shop has been pleasant and great definitely would recommend. VAPE CAUGHT ON FIRE!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I purchased a vape for $140 from Ricardo and it started sparking and caught on fire. I went back to the store and the guy working at the time tried it himself and it happened again and said he never witnessed anything like that. He changes the coils and said it should be working just fine. If it gets a little hot give it some time and it will cool down. It's been about 2 weeks and this vape burns my lip EVERYTIME I try to use it. I called back and now they are saying I should have done my review??? What kind of customer service is this????
