Thanks to a friend's referral, Dr. Paape eliminated the pain and restored my range to pre-injury conditions in just a few visits. We received 4 texts reminding us of the appt., but not one mention of the increase. Went through the total cleaning appt with the hygienist and the dentist...not one mention of the cost increase. Checking out AFTER the appt. and the receptionist has ALREADY RAN OUR CREDIT CARD...not one mention of the price increase until we look at the receipt and say "what the hell?". THEN the receptionist fumbles with saying "we haven't made any price increases in 5 years". The point is....not once were we notified of this price increase and given the option to opt out or have a different option. Like I said at the beginning....I am very upset and disappointed with this company at this point and would not recommend them to anyone who is having to watch your budget.
