He is professional in every way, an honest broker and truly looked out for my interest when shopping for materials needed to complete the work. The work he did repairing liquid damaged drywall is flawless, he unclogged my water line in the laundry room (that had been stopped up since I purchased the property over a year ago), he put in gutter guards, installed a ceiling fan, and installed doors in my shed and laundry room. He went the extra mile to insure I was getting the best possible price on materials and even custom built a door frame to save me money although it was more work for him then buying a prefabricated one. Several tasks had to be redone--some by another professional--because they were either incomplete or performed incorrectly. What bothered me most was the lack of accountability. Instead of addressing issues directly, the handyman deflected blame and showed little interest in correcting the problems. The project ended up costing me more time, money, and stress than if I had hired someone else from the beginning. I strongly recommend that future customers look elsewhere. There are plenty of skilled, reliable professionals out there who value their clients' time and treat their work seriously. This was not one of them.
