When i finally called her on this obtrusive behavior, she dropped me and blacklisted me as "non-compliant." Because of this one word being in my record, i could not get any doctor in town to take me on and as a result could get none of my medication refilled. I am a severe asthmatic on twelve medications and was hospitalized three times over two years before finally getting a physician. I believe that because of that one impetuous word, she knew full well that she was sentencing me to death because i dared to defy her. I barely survived and i feel that she abused her power in a reckless and vindictive manner.

This due to billing, the outsourcing of the call center, and not being able to speak to someone in the office. Talking to an actual billing person is near impossible. Every time I am in the office there is always a new charge for something. I have also found in my EOB's that there are charges that aren't even covered with my insurance or the services have been entered incorrectly. Unfortunately, I will have to leave because of this issue. My medical is expensive enough, I don't need the headache of trying to figure out their mess every time I have an appointment.
