My guests made a line that wrapped out of the gift room for a turn at this booth. I especially loved the fact that it not only prints out two copies per photo session for the guests to take home (and as much as they want!), but that it also is delivered to me as a drop box email link to all and every photo taken that night just for me to keep! They also hand make special props and I gotta say the kids and adults alike absolutely loved them! The turn around on digital photo delivery is generally in 24 hours or less and I got it about 12 hours later. My husband and I cried laughing in bed looking through all the photos collected from our wedding night and it's truly a gift that keeps on giving. I will always refer those around me to use this photo booth for their events now moving forward. One of the things I love most about the Couth Booth is their varying sizes of booths - our booth could fit up to ten people per shot! I've never seen this before! Most can fit 2, maybe 3, so this was outstanding for us and the old-time looking set-up very much fit the feel of our wedding. They also provide more than enough props for guests to be creative with, including a customized sign congratulating the bride and groom, which we were given at the conclusion of the night. I booked Sam and their Vintage Booth for my own wedding and was not disappointed in any way. The popularity of the booth at our reception was incredible - there was a line all night long! When the line subsided for a moment, Sam came to get us to make sure we got some fun photos on our wedding day. At the end of the evening, we received a sign-in book with all of our pictures and guests signatures, as well as a flash drive with digital copies for us to give to our guests. I loved the customized logo that was placed on our photo strips to match our theme and invitations.- Sam really went out of his way to make sure this was exactly what we wanted. I know that things can happen and in this instance I am…read morenot mad that my event was canceled because the person who was supposed to run the booth broke her arm an hour before my event and they couldn't find anyone to replace her. It was awful that this happened. The thing I am mad about is the company told me they would refund me my money, and I am almost a month past the event, and I have only gotten half of my refund. They keep saying they are looking into it, but I still haven't gotten it back. I bet this company does great with their photobooths, but they have been awful when it comes to taking care of problems. I would not ever book with them again.

I had it for my wedding and the attendant showed up late then the photo booth malfunctioned until about fifteen minutes left in the reception. Poor quality pictures as well. Nobody was able to enjoy it unless they stayed until the end. This was not the worst part! I called mr Krause after the weekend and started to explain to him what had happened. Not only was I questioned I was called a liar before he even researched what happened. Mr Krause called me back to tell me that it had worked properly the whole time when I have 200 people that saw that it didn't work. He then proceeded to tell me that he wanted to say the F word to me because that's what he felt! Mr Krause is the most unprofessional person I have ever worked with!! If you don't want to be dealt with unjustly please STAY AWAY!

My partner and I went through the process just behind a large group of students (like 6-7 in one photo) who took a while to email their copies. My partner and I were fine to wait, sent our copies to one email address, and wen toff to another activity - only to get home and find out that even though we had clicked on the right photo to send, we received the photo of the person after us in line! I emailed back right away to see if we could get our image and by the next afternoon they had sent it our way! It was a fantastic activity and their customer support impressed me.

The digital interface was so easy to use - easy snap of a still photo or boomerang sent directly to your phone.
