This place actually explained what I had and what causes it / what I need to target and do to help heal and really helped me understand and learn about the problem. Same with the exercises, explaining how they will help and the muscles being strengthened etc. They really make sure you understand everything that is going on instead of diagnosing you and giving you a sheet of exercises. Very friendly people as well. Definitely recommend.

Mr. Sullivan called me…read more"aggressive" for knowledgeably asking questions about billing after multiple staff members state blatantly false information, tells me I am not listening while he mansplains, and asks "how do you expect me to live on $50 for 30 minutes?" as an explanation for why it should've been obvious that all 15 minute visits have a co-pay of $50 (in actuality, $50 for 10 minutes). All odious behavior that Mr. Sullivan exhibited. And then the gaslighting responses from Mr. Sullivan being, "I'm sorry for the confusion," or "I'm sorry that you feel misled" and then aggressively repeating "I've already apologized" whenever you're stating there was a lack of transparency regarding billing practices, including on the forms signed that were recalled as "evidence" of me being informed (when in reality, it was more written "evidence" that I was misinformed). TIP for Sullivan: An appropriate response would have been, "It's an extra $20 for active release therapy, which is not covered any insurance companies. Someone should have told you beforehand, which is an error on our part. I apologize that multiple staff members misinformed you. We will try to do better in the future." Extremely inappropriate is 90+% of Mr. Sullivan's response, on top of his borderline fraudulent billing procedures and untrained staff.

I received an in-house xray , diagnosis of sciatica, and a gentle adjustment. l walked pain free out of that office. He just needed to get the pressure off my spine. I can barely function. I have severe sciatic nerve issues causing me extreme pain. I have numbness that is increasingly getting worse. I can't even walk for more than a few minutes without becoming unstable on my feet. He didn't bother to ask questions about it and was completely dismissive towards me. He asked me if I wanted an MRI. I said since I could HARDLY function, I would think it would be necessary, but he acted like he could care less if I had one done. I now have to start all over and find another doctor because there is no way I would ever let him treat me for anything. Useless... a complete waste of time and money. When someone goes to see a specialist, it is because they need care. To have a doctor express no concern for a patient or not bother to listen to them or take them seriously should not be treating anyone.

My dad has had a back injury since he was 21, and through the years it had gotten progressively worse to the point where they were ready to do surgery. God led him to doctor Forry. One trip to doctor for a prevented him from going into surgery. To this day he claims to be 100 times better thanks to Dr. Forry. My mom also sees Doctor Forry weekly for her inherited back issues. Every time we come in he prays out loud while working on us. Over all doctors Forry is, the best. He is a Christian chiropractor, and my family love him and I'm sure so will yours !.
