They are liars and out to take you. They said I needed a new well for $6000. I had another company come out and changed my screen for $900.

please head my warning this company is horrible. i have heard alot of horror stories from others around the local area. people have had to call others in after the w0rk was done from other well drilling companies. the owner fully supported his employee that tested our well wrong. he told us our pump in our well was locked and that we would need $1200.00 to replace and fix the pump. plus i had to pay him that day $105.00 for a service call. i spent almost 2 weeks at a hotel thinking my pump in my well was broke because i didnt have $1200.00 until i got my taxes back. we called around to see if we could get a better price and after i called another well company out to our house they had the problem fixed within an hour!it was just some wires!!! after i trusted foune well drillings professinal opinion. so i called foune well drilling he told me he was going to refund my money i had to fax him the reciept and show him what the other well company did obviously to prove i wasn't trying to get over on him and i didnt hear back from him, i finally called him and threatned to take him to court and he told me because i threatend to take him to court he wouldn't give me my money back and had the ordasity to tell me i was "trying to pull a fast one" how in the heck does one pull a fast one on well services? i have not a clue but i came to the understanding that the owner never planned to give me my money back aaron the man that tested our well basically laughed and thought the whole thing was funny. i am sickend by this situation, it has caused me alot of stress but i thank my lucky stars i didnt go thru with replacing my well because replacing the well would have been well over $5,000 and can you imagine if they can screw you over on $105.00 what they would do with $5,000! this guy has done this to other people and i feel so bad for them because there are alot of people just like me that have no clue about a well. it just breaks my heart to loose all this money in hotel fees and the stress of not being able to wash your clothes and take a bath in your own home. this man took money out of my childrens mouthes and money out of our family's pocket. please do not trust this company they are able to do there own refund policy, if they dont want to give you your money back they dont have to. find another company dont use these guys! please other people that have experienced this thru this company should write their reviews so others know! now i have to take him to court. serious bummer read more
