I boarded both of my Great Danes with Four Paws. They were wonderful! They kept me updated through text, worked through issues with my oldest Dane that was going through some separation anxiety, and made sure we were updated when we asked about them. They were super nice upon drop off and pick up and answered any questions I had about their stay. The only issue we had would be getting ahold of them over the phone before their stay, but we sent a text and everything was answered quickly. Thank you four paws! I was called that my dog had trouble walking. My boyfriend rushed 2 hours to pick him up and he couldn't walk with pee and poop all over his butt and fur and open wounds on his legs from laying on the concrete. He was obviously in paid for 5 days there and no one bothered to say anything or call earlier and when they did call acted like he just had trouble walking but everything was fine otherwise. They. Could have killed my dog. He is 12 years old and I had to put him in kennel as my dad had emergency brain surgery. My father has only a few months to live and I just wanted my pets to be safe and cared for as I dealt this family matters and my dog is instead tortured and left to sleep in own pee and poop for 5 days rotting on concrete with open wounds as his legs pressed into the hard floor. We took our dog there for boarding last weekend, and loved the report card. It was the cutest thing! The only thing is your dog came home smelling like garbage. We bathed him, and nothing helped. Maybe if we pay to have him bathed before he comes home next time it'll be better. Our dog seemed to be very tired which means he had to have played very hard. read more
