I contracted with this company several months ago to provide power washing services. On the scheduled service date, no one from the company showed up. Because the company failed to appear for the appointment, I canceled the service. I was explicitly told by company representatives that I would receive a full refund. It has now been approximately two months since that cancellation. During this time, I have written three separate letters directly to the owner, Justin. I have also called the office multiple times and spoken with assistants, including Rachel and Emily. On each occasion, I was reassured that the refund was being processed and that the matter would be resolved. Despite these repeated assurances, no refund has been issued to date. The lack of follow-through, accountability, and communication reflects poorly on the company's business practices. While scheduling issues can occur, failing to refund money after repeated promises over an extended period is unacceptable and demonstrates a concerning level of irresponsibility. There are other credible and professional power washing companies available. If you are considering doing business with this company, proceed with caution and be fully aware of this experience before making a decision.
