Absolutely terrible experience. Don't waste the application fee. I was warned about the treatment towards anyone with a less than 640 credit score, they treat you like trash and belittle you during the process. Sherry was cold and unfriendly the entire time. I expressed that my wife and I's credit was not great since the economy collapsed, I have a guarantor as well as first and last months rent plus deposit, and we make 3 times the monthly. But they don't accept guarantors or extra down?? How do you expect to ever find a tenant?? No wonder your rent list is stagnant for months on end. Nikki and her crew, year in and year out, have Always been professional and "caring". My experience with this Realty Company was mind blowing. First, we moved into a rental. The whole place smelled like dog feces and urine, the windows weren't able to be locked, the carpets flithy, it was obvious no-one ever did a walk through. I was disgusted and told 'Well different people have different standards" Bah....really? It got worse, but I think you get the point. I can't say enough good stuff about Nikki Nelson and her team. We bought a rental in Stallion Springs and because we live out of town, we needed a property management company. Four Seasons was able to find a well-qualified renter right away (it literally took less than 48 hours) and we have been so happy with their service ever since. They helped with the set-up, getting keys from the CSD, finding a gardener, meeting with the insurance inspector and so forth. They send checks and invoices right on time and every month and we haven't had to worry about a thing. They return calls right away, they know all the laws and rules, they have great relationships with local vendors and we are beyond happy with them. read more

We got our deposit back, which we didn't expect since Nancy, the person I dealt with at the realty, was really rough and rude, a bit like an ex-con. I asked for a receipt when we gave them our deposit in cash and she demanded to know why! I told her it was just good business policy and she eventually gave me a receipt but I got the feeling she was itching to fight me. So unusual for a woman in business to act like this! The guys they pay to do maintenance and repairs are nice but do not know how to do those things. I noticed the caulk around the bathtub was cracked when we first moved in. I pointed this out on the walk-through but the handyman, who looks like Santa Claus, asked if I knew the leak went all the way through. I explained that I didn't know for sure. Sure enough, it did leak and we had water going through the caulk and under the tub for the 1st few days. So handyman came back and brought his son, who caulked it and we waited days to use the shower so it could dry. When the caulk did dry it shrank and cracked so that it leaked again due to the caulk being an overly thin layer spread over an air bubble. My husband caulked it himself and we waited another couple of days to shower. In short, 4 Seasons is an utter pain to deal with and you shouldn't unless you absolutely have to. read more

The rental prices are competitive, renter policies are well considered and fair. The move-in was easy; the unit was in excellent condition and move-in ready with no problems. Awful Customer service! I went in looking for some help for a temporary rental, 2 months, while the house we're buying finished escrow, and I was greeted by two young ladies who were eager to help. I clearly explained my temporary situation and they were helpful in telling me there was 1 unit that would work for us. They gave me a key and told me to go look at it and we did. It wasn't the best, but it would do for the time we needed it. I completed an application and paid my $60 cash for the application fee. I emailed the required documents, ID's, paystubs, etc. and I followed up the next day. When I talked to Monica she stated her manager wasn't sure this would work out as a temporary unit. I was told it was a month to month unit, but never told there was a three month minimum. The day I left my application, I let them know I had a tiny dog and I also asked if the fee would go up or deposit, and they said no. I believed them. I wish she would have disclosed this information when I turned in my application 2 days prior and she was not very helpful. They don't know what they're doing there! I was courteous and asked for my personal information to be shredded and she said they keep all that personal information in their files even though I am not being considered. How Rude! I am in Los Angeles, I drove all the way up there to look at apartments and 2 days later they tell me it's not going to work out. Now I have to keep looking. This is NOT a Professional environment, office or business. ALSO.... There is a Terrible smell around outside office... disgusting! read more

I would give them no stars if possible. I have rented from four seasons three times only because it is about the only game in town. They say the apartment is clean charge you a cleanning deposit and there is old dirt in the corners you can't get out. Windows and slider of doors were filthy the flooriing in the bathroom is coming up. Right now I am without a kitchen sink from Saturday till Monday because the repair man said they don't want to pay the cost for his time on weekends. If you have a choice to rent from someone else, DO IT. There is a woman in the office (she is probably the manager or even owner) that if you complain at all wiil dislike you for the rest of her life. The company is awful. They are reasonable as long as you are a responsible tenant. Stay up on your repairs and remind them when you need help; they are very busy but will usually take care of things ASAP. read more

We rented a really old house from 4 seasons for 19 years and 4 months, the house was in need of repair, the carpet was atleast 10 years old when we moved in and i asked for new carpet so you can imagine 19 Years later what it looked like, some places no carpet left at all and they have the nerve to charge me 2500 dollars to clean it!!! oh yeah and it took them 4 yes 4 years to fix our septic tank! I got the print out from Benz showing how many times they came out to dump it. And the mold in my room, "black" but Nicky is an expert she glanced at it and said "that's just surface mold"the mold detective lady said that's impossible that you have to have it tested, you can't tell by looking It! I agree with the one person about Nancy she lied to father wes she told him i kept canceling her to come out to look at the mold in december which i didn't, when she finally did come out i showed her everything that needed fixing and gave her a mold sample, i waited 3 weeks and went in and asked about it and nancy said "oh we didn't know where that came from". This company is awful,I wonder if the owners are aware of how their properties are being managed. The people in the office are the rudest most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. The house we moved into was dirty and we have been waiting weeks for repairs to be completed. Its a shame the company has come to this. They need to either retrain their staff and teach them proper customer skills or better yet completely hire a whole new staff!!!! read more

This company has been in operation a long time and seem to think they dominate the rental market in Tehachapi so have no need to provide good service. They do not return emails or phone calls and are very unprofessional. The last time I went into the office it looked like a daycare, seems you can bring your baby to work here. We rented a home and it was disgusting, smelled like urine, and they had nothing but excuses when problems arose. When work needed to be done they hired the cheapest people they could find.
