I typically like to read reviews and almost didn't contact this company because of the one star review on Yelp. But since it was over 6 years ago, I decided to reach out for an estimate anyways. A lot of other flooring companies I contacted either gave a very high quote, or didn't install carpets. Leigh contacted me and asked for the details that we knew, and based on the information I provided her, she gave me a rough estimate. After the sale went through, I contacted them again to see what type of carpet they offered and I was put in contact with Shawn. At the time we were living out of state, and did a FaceTime, but it was hard to see the true colors and feel of the carpets. Shawn and the other ladies at the shop decided that it would be best to send me some samples. That was super helpful! As we have young children they sent us options that would cover up spills and messes. I thought that was very thoughtful of the staff, and appreciated that. The samples came within 3 business days and I got to choose which one I liked the most. We were on a bit of a time crunch as we needed to do some remodeling inside the house and they were able to work with us and squeeze us in right on schedule! Carpet should not be this bad within 2 years if properly installed. it wasnt cheap carpet either. They do not back up workmanship. Will not do future business on home remodel with them.

So when a large window blind in our home began to malfunction, I was happy to see Dillabaugh's listed as a distributor for that brand. I stopped into Dillabaugh's, and explained what I needed. I was given the card of one of their Window Covering Specialists: Aaron Tabor. That evening I emailed Aaron explaining my blinds issue. I heard back from him almost immediately. We were able to set up an appointment for him to come out to my house and take a look at the troublesome blind within two days. Aaron came out this afternoon. He could not have been more professional and friendly! He took down the blind, opened it up, and patiently explained to and showed me what structures inside the blind mechanism had failed. He then gave me a couple of options of addressing the issue, one of which we were able to do then and there. The blind now works great! While he was here, I asked him about one other window covering issue I had. He took a look, and told how it was likely that I could correct this myself. He gave me great instructions on how to access that blind's mechanism to do so. In short, Aaron Tabor represented exactly the kind of repair specialist you'd hope to have when needed. Saw an ad for mold renovation in Baker City , Oregon. wanting to give local businesses the…read morepriority, I called the number listed as I had a mold problem in Halfway, Or. The owner of this mold renovation property told me to schedule a trip to the house in Halfway for the following Tuesday around 10 AM. I called the renter of this house to let her know. Tuesday night she informed me he had not shown up. I trust a person's word or at least a reason why they didn't make it. Found out the company was stationed in Payette , Idaho two hours away! They shouldn't be advertising on a Baker County website if they won't service that area.
