Doors that don't fit right, handles put on backwards, an entire can of paint dumped in my driveway, painting inside my house with no tape down and getting it all over walls and floors. We had a sun porch installed by Four Seasons PAsunrooms about 2 years ago. It was a great…read moreinstallation and has performed with no problems except that a 1" metal piece that holds the screen door shut broke in two. They install porches like this and use this part on many screen doors. The part weighs less than 1/2 ounce and is simply a small piece of solid metal. I can install it myself so I asked PAsunrooms if I could get the part. They sent me a "quote" for $63 for this part ($60 for the part and $3 for shipping). Obviously outrageous for a 1" piece of metal. Do business with them if you want to, but hope nothing breaks and you need a simple part to fix it.

This company will do everything in their power to get to the customer as quickly as possible and we don't need a second mortgage to pay the bill.
