Got a call back just a day or two later and we had a wonderful experience with the plumber. He was timely, polite, respectful, hard working, and most importantly honest. He let us know what charges could be expected ahead of time, and even went out of his way to check two stores for a repair part that saved us hundreds of dollars. (Didn't add any extra fees for that beyond the cost of the repair part.) Very reasonable charges, hardworking, and honest - now they've got a repeat customer! He did such a great job with my office furniture assembly that I asked him to return this month to hang my art / diplomas / certificates, etc. There were numerous groupings of framed items. He hung them with his usual precision and attention to detail. It's all perfectly centered, leveled, distributed, and aligned. I can be difficult to please in that respect but I could not have asked for better. Great work, Alex, and many thanks! ______________ Review posted March 10, 2026: Mr. Rylov spent an entire day in my new office space assembling several big pieces of furniture that were delivered during our move. Last time I needed services like this, we paid contractors through the retailers we had purchased from. His pricing is competitive, he was easier to schedule, and he did a MUCH better job. He is a perfectionist -- he worked very hard to make sure everything was done just right. Though I tried to offer him the "easy way out" on a couple small tasks to keep things simple, he gently insisted on going the extra mile to make sure it was all completed exactly as it should be. I had expected a day of trying to work through a lot of noise and distractions but he worked so quietly and was extremely respectful and professional. After spending too much time looking for this little item, I stopped at Tommy's Appliance Center. He had a gazillion light bulbs but not this one. He asked if I could get him the model number of my refrigerator and I did. I called him on my phone and gave it to him. He looked it up online and found exactly two. They were 118.00 USD. each! That was the Ouch of the Century for me. I politely declined and he cautioned me about using any other bulb. He said GE refrigerators were strange and any other lightbulb could damage the circuit board! He wasn't trying to sell me one and he understood my predicament. I politely thanked him for helping me. This refrigerator has another light in the bottom section so it's not completely dark in there. He did say it was an L.E.D. bulb so knowing me I'm going to try one that's reasonable and take my chances! Life does get interesting sometimes!
