Fast forward an hour and so...knock at the door...the owner was there to deliver the half the hubs forgot. They went out of their way to find his name from the credit card and then googled him. Couldn't find his number but got the address and drove across town to make the delivery. Could very easily have sold the rest but their integrity and customer service was amazing. I moved to the area 5 years ago and had our first child 9 months ago. I have been wanting to visit…read morethis place for a while now but kept putting it off. Over the last week my child was struggling with bedtime and I went in as a last resort to try and find a particular item. Upon entering, no one greeted me. The young girl who finally appeared was rude and abrasive. She was not friendly. When I asked for said item, she became snarky. She pointed them out and then disappeared. When I went to the counter to purchase the expensive item, I was met with even more rudeness. Another young girl appeared behind the counter and never spoke. The previous girl was on my side of the counter stocking and made no effort to move aside so I could pay. She said something under her breathe and they both giggled. The girl checking me out never said a word other than my total. The whole transaction was so icy, that I almost put my purchase back and left. Once the transaction was complete she handed me my bag, again without any time of goodbye as I walked out. I will NEVER go back to spend those amounts of money and be treated that way.

This place is in my top three! Huge selection of boutique brands, great clothes, kids' jewelry, toys and don't miss the clearance shoes in the back hallway!

This place would have earned 5 stars if they had any fitting rooms. I don't like to buy any clothes…read morewithout trying them on first, no matter how cheap they are. I did get a really nice desk for $15 and a few other small things but no clothing. Everything was at a good price and I probably would have bought clothes too if I could have tried them on first. Some of the items should have just been trashed and not put on the floor to be sold. But maybe someone will buy old ratty sneakers for a few bucks if they really need some sneakers. It's basically the price and quality of what you would find in a Salvation Army. It's just hit or miss on if you'll find anything. Probably depending on what days they put out recently donated items and how quickly you get there afterward.
