They're very kid-friendly and even have toys to keep little ones busy, which I really appreciate as a parent. Dr. Fox is funny, friendly, and easy to talk to. Appointments are quick but still very thorough, so I always feel taken care of without spending a huge amount of time in the office. The whole atmosphere is relaxed and positive. I have been going to Fox Chiropractic for years and have never had a single complaint. Recently, I've been struggling with a stubborn case of peroneal tendinitis and calcification on my 5th metatarsal that has plagued me for over two years--to the point where the pain was regularly waking me up at night. Dr. Fox and Dr. Zach have been incredible throughout this process. What I appreciate most is that they took the time to explain every new treatment option in detail--including how the tech works and whether or not a procedure might be uncomfortable. They really go out of their way to make sure you feel informed and comfortable before starting anything. We decided on a plan of Shockwave Therapy and High Intensity Light Therapy. After 5 sessions of shockwave and 4 of light therapy, I can definitely feel a significant difference. My pain is diminishing, and I am happy to report that it no longer wakes me up at night! I'm not at 100% quite yet, but with a couple of sessions to go, I am finally optimistic. If you are dealing with chronic pain that won't go away, go see Dr. Fox and Dr. Zach. Due to my weakness on my right side caused by permanent disability I discovered the chiropractic care is practically a must for me. My disability, husband handyman duties and my work with Vets has me feeling a bit twisted and busted up. I'm back to hunting for a Chiropractor and Fox popped back up as the top for my area. I had high hopes when I went in. I bought a package, and started going in. Dr. Fox and his front office were always pleasant. When it came to adjustments I'd had to wait for quite some time, and when it was my time the adjustment seemed hurried and Dr. Fox would say something to the effect of, "Sorry were short for time, I'll spend more time with you next time." I really hoped this practice would have been a slam dunk with all these 5 star reviews but it was a let down. I'm the type that likes to find a good business and stay loyal as long as I live in the area. If anyone has a good suggestion, I'm open! read more

The doctor may be good, but the office staff is substandard in their duties. If you want a chiropractor who can process payment with a Flex Spending card, DON'T go to this place. My wife has gone to Fox and EVERY time I have to go online with the flex spending company website to submit a printed receipt that I have to scan myself because they don't bother to put the date of service and type of service when they submit the payment request. So when I get the reject notice from the flex spending company, I have to call Fox on the phone to have them mail a printed copy of the receipt (they can't be bothered to install FREE software to create a PDF from their chiropractic software to email it to us), wait for it to come in the mail, scan in a printed receipt from them, and then log into the flex spending website to submit the receipt myself. This is stuff that was available 20 years ago, isn't rocket science (I'm a senior citizen myself), and is tried and tested. read more

Chiropractors are like Starbucks there is on every corner, however unlike Starbucks, where everyone is the same, every Chiropractor is different and with so many who do you pick? Who do you trust to crack your neck and back? The thought of having your neck cracked is very scary to some people and a very valid fear. I have been a patient since he first opened, he is the best Chiropractor I've been too. I was in paralyzing pain with my low back and neck, I could barely move and had to be heavily medicated. Since then my neck issues are far and few between, its amazing! My back pain is no longer paralyzing but due to a disc bulge, a vertebra out of place and arthritis in the lower back I still have some pain, but his treatments keep the pain down to a manageable level and the back specialists have helped with the arthritis. My doctor is pleased with my chiropractic treatment as well. Brandon cares more about peoples health than he does about the $$, I have seen that first hand! You won't find a more genuine guy, he loves what he does and believes in it and it shows. My own history is that I got into a pretty bad motorcycle accident. I broke my hip in 3 places (hairline fracture). I'm pretty athletic and not only could I not do the things that I loved to do (Racquetball, Weightlifting, Cycling), but I wasn't sleeping through the night, and I could sit comfortably no matter what. I was always aching, and medicine wasn't helping. Dr. Brandon Fox had me turned around in no time, and I was sleeping soundly again! I am back to fitness, and I learned so much about how to keep the body healthy just in talking with him in visits (he is a sports buff himself). My whole family (myself, husband and 5 kids) see Dr. Fox and we have all been very pleased with our care. The walk in appointments have never caused us to wait more than a few minutes except once when we had to wait 15 minutes, big deal! We have seen him for nervous tics, back and neck pain, shoulder pain, gaite correction, newborn adjustments, hip pain, pregnancy (especially sciatica) pains, and many more. Never an ailment he couldn't solve for us. I'm 24 years old, i went down to Los Angeles this past December for the holidays to spend it with my family, my second night there I was on my way to visit an old friend and I was t-boned by a drunk driver. The guy ran a red light and to make things better, he ran from the scene. All I remember was waking up three days later in ICU. I spent a week in the hospital. I was sent home Christmas Day. To this day I suffer severe head trauma and I have hematoma&hemorrhaging (bleeding from the brain). I have UNBEARABLE headaches, neck pain and back pain. Not to forget to mention that I'm paralyzed from the right side of my face, VERY weak leg and arm as well. My boyfriend immediately recommended to come see Brandon whom he's been coming to for years now and trusts him completely.
