I recently had to take in my 2021 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, because my engine light came on there was a recall. They handled it beyond quick. There was also an issue with my battery which was newer, but it was not their fault. It only had like 80% capacity, so I had them just change it out with the two-year warranty whatever my main thing is I have been a customer here since 1995? I've always had good service but this time I got Jesse Vu. What an absolute fantastic guy he is, he is a fantastic mechanic I praise and always will. I highly recommend him. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this dealership and would not recommend them. My vehicle was in for a recall repair and ended up being kept for nearly 8 months, which is already unacceptable. Throughout that time, communication was poor and I constantly had to follow up myself for updates. I was never offered a loaner vehicle, which made the situation even more difficult. Instead, I had to rely on a rental, and the reimbursement process was a constant headache that required multiple follow-ups and took far too long to resolve. When I finally got my vehicle back, the experience only got worse. The car was returned with almost no gas, no courtesy oil change after sitting that long, and I was unexpectedly charged for a part with little explanation. The overall lack of care and customer service was very frustrating. I also want to note that my service advisor, Samantha, was consistently dismissive and unprofessional. Her attitude made an already frustrating situation even worse and left me feeling like my concerns were not taken seriously. After months of inconvenience, I expected at least a smooth and respectful experience upon return of my vehicle, but unfortunately that was not the case. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future customers are treated with more transparency, urgency, and professionalism. read more

The positive thing I have to say is that the service techs do good work. However, before they can do their jobs you have to deal with a rather lackluster service management department. Or lack of one? Here are my primary issues: 1. Trying to get someone to answer the service center phone is harder than it should be. On average it takes me 4 or 5 calls over the course of a couple hours to get someone to answer. 2. Out of the 6 times I've been able to get ahold of someone in the service department, 4 of those times were, as I mentioned, lackluster at best. Almost feels like they don't want the business at that point. 3. For some reason they feel very reluctant to actually make a service appointment. Saying "just bring it in, and hope it's not busy" and continuously dancing around the topic of making an actual service appointment is irritating to people who don't just have entire portions of a work day to throw to the wind hoping the service department isn't too busy to do your routine service. We had a vehicle upgrade recently and this visit was easily scheduled via phone call a week prior. Service was stellar and they have a large customer waiting area that was lovely. Within estimated time our service was complete and we were on our way. Thomas in the service department worked with us and was very helpful and clear. Price is on the higher end as expected yet quality is given. They have a nice coffee& hot chocolate, tea station in the front building. Nice clean bathrooms and a children's play area in the attached Jeep building. Very updated and relaxing area to get some work done with multiple outlets for charging. Worst Jeep dealership I been too. Lots of problems every time I go there. They never take responsibility! I got an oil change and their mechanics didn't screw the bottom screw tight ... so I got home to my oil free clean drive way and two hrs later a huge spot of oil ! I called them to complain and to ask for a next day appt... and they couldn't fit me in ... they also stated a manager will call me back and never did. I took my Jeep there and after four weeks nothing had been done They claimed they did diagnostic testing but when I went and picked it up I was not charged for diagnostic testing. When I asked for the paperwork they said there's no paperwork Now. I have had my Jeep at other dealerships and my warranty does not cover diagnostic testing. Dropped truck off for repairs, unlimited mile warranty, ran into the following issues. - Service representative for my case was unhelpful, zero knowledge of vehicles, failed to get someone on the phone with knowledge. An older individual who checked me out referenced him as a know it all millennial who won't listen. This gentlemen also who was the one that I suggested I speak to a manager after reviewing my bill of repairs because it didn't make sense to him, he immediately left a note on the mana. (Never received a call) - After start date for work on vehicle, they performed the recalls and put it back in waiting, service representative had no explanation for this, week wasted. - Failed to use warranty, had to remind them of it. - Told me I was due for an transmission flush, few issues with this, water pump was replaced under warranty, on paperwork this is the resolution to coolant/transmission fluid mixing. First thought flush should be warranty as well. Second issue, confirmed through another employee at this location AND another location that transmission flushes are only required on fleet vehicles, otherwise it's sealed and service is not required. - Now 2-3 weeks after service I realized that a manager never reached out. 1. First call in the kid I was talking to was an ass, he said no managers available and basically did nothing and did not care if I left a review. 2. Second call they forwarded me to a manager, left a voicemail. 3. SHERRY called, left me a voicemail. I called back, they said she was available, went to her voicemail, called back immediately confused, now she's tied up in that instant, I left her a voicemail. 4. Did not hear back, called in and she said she was available but it went straight to her voicemail yet again. I took my Ram Promaster in for a coolant hose concern, a coolant service, an oil change and tire rotate. Abbas was my service advisor. He listened to my concerns and committed to having the work done by the end of the week. I received daily status updates by text message or phone call. Abbas coordinated with Brandon, the assigned Technician, to ensure all the work was completed by the date promised. Abbas relayed Brandon's conclusions to me and saved the old radiator hose that was replaced so I could look at it myself. All in all, a really good experience and I appreciated how I was treated. With so many dealerships to choose from - DO NOT waste your time at Telegraph Chrysler Jeep. I'm sorry I drove the 30 minutes down. After dealing with my saleswoman previously, I was initially happy to return for another vehicle. Trying to get the best price, I asked to speak to the Sales Manager. That's when I was introduced to the most arrogant, college fratboy-wannabe Joe Tillman. His noisome cockiness was so bad it made my eyes water right from the get go. After some attempted haggling, his fragile ego was obviously in shambles. He attempts to blame the saleswoman and anyone else he can. He then tells me, "I've met my quota, so there's no reason to try to get a deal here". This was all over $12/month over 24 months...less than $300 total. He leaves and then comes back with the final offer - no change in his price. I let him know that I was offended by his rudeness and previous comments. He then states, "I wasn't rude. You must have misunderstood me. When I was dealing with the saleswoman and your car earlier in the day, I needed the sale. But now, I've met my quote so there's no reason to dig deeper." Oh - real slick Joe. You just dug yourself deeper by making the situation worse. He seems like he's used to bullying people and says, "Well I guess that's business - it happens. Have a nice day, see you later." This proves the dealership had a lottery for the open Sales Manager position and Joe Tillman happened to be the lucky winner. I later spoke with the General Manager - Diane Boring. Unbelievably, she made excuses for Joe and multiple times blamed the saleswoman for "fus-strating" him. She also offered nothing to make up for the poor experience I had. Strange to think these two people are employed, let alone have management positions. Sad days for this dealership. read more

Telegraph Chrysler Service Center If I could leave less then one star I would. I had called(directly to the service center) last week to make an appointment to have my Chrysler Pacifica. Asked if I could drop it off before appointment date and was told no problem. Went to drop off my vehicle and then was informed it would not be looked at for 10 (business) days after the appointment date. So I tried to reschedule for another day so I would not be out of a car for two weeks but still was informed the appointment is just to drop off the vehicle it would take an additional 10-12 days to be looked at. WTF Other dealerships, when setting up an appointment is seen that day and then informed how long it will take to repair. No way will I ever use this service center again. Not only was I disappointed with all that their service guy who I was dealing was had an attitude, like I was inconveniencing him by being my vehicle in. Don't bother. The salesman I worked with was wonderful but everything other than that has been absolutely awful. I wasn't impressed with the sales manager at all. He almost made me walk out. When I discussed trading in my current car, he tried super hard to talk me out of trading it in and mansplained how to sell it on Craigslist. I get it, they didn't want a junk car to deal with, but come on. And when it came to details about the sale, he only spoke to my boyfriend, who had absolutely nothing to do with buying the car. The real kicker is their "service department" I've had nothing but issues. They offer you 3 free oil changes when you buy your car, but it seems like they just wont even bother doing them, because the thousands of dollars I already paid apparently wasnt enough. First time I called to set up an appointment, they said they don't do oil changes past 4? By chance as I drove by around 5 I stopped anyway and they got me in, which I was grateful for. After that oil change and tire rotation, I noticed my back brakes squeaking, loudly. So I went back in to see if they could diagnose the issue. The woman who greeted me got defensive immediately saying it's not their fault. I told her I understood but would like to know what's wrong. She told me "we'll put it up and check but it's nothing we did" and when they were finished they said it was nothing. I had someone who does not even work on cars for a living, check my brakes out, he found and fixed the issue in about 10 minutes. I tried to go one Saturday and it was a long wait, that claimed they dont make appointments on Saturdays and recommended I come in as soon as they open any day. So next time I tried to go in, on a Wednesday as soon as they opened, they told me it would be a 3 hour wait, then offered me an appointment. I made sure to verify that I'd be in and out at my appointment time, the man who "scheduled" it told me I would. I arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled time, and when I approached the service desk I even saw a print out with my name, and appointment time on it. But, the service rep said it would still be a 3 hour wait. I asked why I would have made an appointment if it was the same wait time and he said they don't do appointments. Then offered to bump 2 people down to shorten my wait to an hour and a half? Nobody communicates. I would not recommend this dealership to anybody. They take your money then don't follow through on a single thing. When I am ready to trade in my vehicle I will be going to literally any other jeep dealership possible. You know years ago I was looking to buy my first doge vehicle and I reached out to several. This dealership is one of the ones that never bothered to answer me. That told me then that I never wanted to do business with them. If I couldn't get them to answer me when I wanted to give them my money what would happen when I had an issue? This dealership/service department are criminal. Under no circumstance buy, or have a vehicle repaired at Telegraph Chrysler Dodge. They charged us for work they didn't do and told us they didn't but there it was on the bill. We had two issues with our jeep, wiring connection and A/C only working on driver side. The wiring reconnect they charged us for part disposal, $25... the end of wires they snipped off? The A/C they never diagnosed because they wanted to charge $1600 to take dash off to inspect temp blend door. They billed us for diagnosis though, saying they did remove dash and found problem. Lie! Take, buy vehicle elsewhere. Our only recourse is to tell everyone we can of our experience hoping to save them from being victims! Went to get a 2019 commercial van, and the salesman tried to hide the fact that the van he was showing us was a 2018 model. He went so far as to decrease the font of the model year so we wouldn't notice. After purchasing the van, it took almost 4 weeks for the tag and title, still, they haven't provided anything including the spare key. I took my daughter's leased Jeep to inspect because we suspected that it had a fluid leak after finding oil like substance on the driveway. We took the car to their Service Dept for this leak and to address recall items. After inspection they said they found no leaks and wanted to charge me $155 for the inspection because they could not find a leak. This car is still under warranty and I understand that they might need to charge something, but $155??? Worst than this fee... was the attitude that the young lady "service advisor" had when I told her that I would never buy a car from them again... her response was "are you threatening me"... seriously? I live local to the Taylor Telegraph Jeep dealer so I figured that I'd give them a try. Jesus, what a mistake. Service rep explained to my wife how he has to charge her almost $400 for a diagnosis fee to tell her what's wrong??? He explained how there could be over 2000 different things wrong with the Jeep and he needs to protect his service techs! How about protecting your customers buddy???? The engine light is on, the Jeep smells like raw antifreeze and the traction control light is flashing.....It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know what the basic issues are! The Jeep is still under a full powertrain warranty for god sakes!!! They treat women as if they are ignorant and I won't stand for it. I told my wife to leave without any further conversation. We will NEVER use this dealer again. I have heard so many stories about the bad service but didn't believe it. Went back to Suburban Farmington Jeep store and the issue was solved immediately with zero arrogance, double talking or excuses. Aside from the very low prices offered on used vehicles, there is no reason to ever go to this dealership. Customer Service does not exist, and it is as if the sales people have never sold a car before. Our sales person repeatedly misspelled my name and information, having to fill out the same form multiple times. The sales person and the manager of used cars were both significantly stalling after we told them we would like to finance through our own bank, as we trust them and had worked with them for years. When we finally said we were leaving, all of a sudden they said they only needed 5 minutes to print off a form that up until that point they claimed would take well past when our bank would close. 20 minutes later, we finally had the form we needed for our bank, however, it contained the wrong amount as they forgot to list the trade in value. When we returned with a check for the wrong amount, it was somehow our fault? They kept saying "well this is what you get for going to your own bank", as if they were punishing us. During this experience, we made two observations. The first, that each of the three sales people were with the same customers all day (from 11A-7P), ourselves included. When speaking with other customers in the lobby of the main dealership, while waiting to finally sign the paperwork with the finance person, we discovered they were going through the same ordeal we were. The salespeople kept "forgetting" details of what would be needed to close the deal, and the customer was left to jump through countless hoops. We overheard the same speech from the manager of why it was each and every customer's "fault" for not knowing the in's and out's of buying a vehicle. Our second observation, which is purely theory and not a confirmed fact, was that the manager might have been under the influence of something earlier in the day. He came to help our sales person with the computer system, and his face and eyes were red, his eyelids were drooped, his hands were shaking, he was slurring his speech, and he was confused. As it approached closing time, all of a sudden, he could speak clearly and he was much more lively, as if he had sobered up. While it was never confirmed that he was under the influence, his behavior overall, was less than professional. I've never had such a difficult time purchasing a vehicle, nor have I been treated so poorly by a sales person in any industry. We will never be returning. We will service our vehicles elsewhere, and when the time comes, we will find a different dealership. read more
