You get there, big wooden front door, ring the bell and reach the first floor through the stairs. In order to get in you must have their membership card: Arci You can make it there for 10 euros or 12 with a glass of wine included. Their offer is simple, a regular bar with choices you would have in your own house: bottle beer, wine of the house, coffee, teas etc. It's cheap to eat and drink here, they also provide a nice aperitivo to help you get to dinner time. It's quite and roomy, also has a small outdoor in the terrace. I saw they also host classes and workshops so be sure to check out their website for more information. Free wifi, armchairs and calm are also a great cocktail to go read a book or study in the afternoon.

We came for the apertivo, which with a purchase of a drink, you can dine on their sampling of foods. They had bread, pasta, salads, olives, etc. It was okay at best. The musicians were decent but it was hard to hear them as the sound system was not the best. Another thing that brings this place down a notch is the lack of bathrooms. The first night my husband and I got to Florence we decided to try our luck and see if we can get in to Circo Lo Teatro del Sale for dinner. And sure enough we got in. I was so excited for this experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One of the hostesses went out of her way to find us a small table cause the place was so full and mostly communal tables. The food was delicious. Everything we ate was flavorful, perfectly cooked and seasoned. We really enjoyed our dinner, we even met the chef in person. Unfortunately last year he passed away and it was heartbreaking. I'm very thankful that I got to taste his amazing food at this place and also his other restaurant Cibreo. Both places were amazing.

You can order coffee, drinks, or snacks while studying for a good refreshment. It's also a really cute book store that sells both Italian and English books.
