American friends visiting found this gem. Their first trip to France should've gone very badly as their order was an excruciating disaster, but the staff was completely kind, patient, and accommodating. My guests left talking about "the best cafe in Europe" and I was thankful for a new locale to visit regularly. Excellent assortment of well made hot & cold beverages and their desserts were delectable. Merci beaucoup!

Things you should definitely improve: - Ask your team to smile more often: it's free of charge! - Your Lattes should be improved! Take some time to make them better! - Don't take the empty cups away while people are still hanging around! No one does that :-) Keep it up!

This is a super cute little breakfast/pastry/coffee shop that is very instagrammable (hence the name maybe?). A friend and I each got one version of a parfait and we split a dessert. Everything was tasty. The coffee was also quite good. read more

My first visit I got a selection of the small ones for my wife and daughter to try. The full-size ones look really quite large and well . . . it turns out they are really quite light and full-size is the way to go. Went back for some big ones. Some wonderful flavors like speculoos .. . but they're all good. At the shop in Nancy they've got a tea room. Should I be back there I will definitely try the tea and other treats. There is apparently a branch in New York that I can visit. Looking forward to that.

My wife was a server so she waited until she saw our waitress to ask what happened as we had been sitting there for 45 minutes since ordering. The woman behind the counter never turned our order in! Are you kidding me?! Barely an apology and no offer of compensation: just "It'll be ten more minutes." We left. Absolutely awful in every way.

Very bad coffee. Boiling hot. They don't have the training to make proper espresso drinks like in professional coffee roasters.
