This church is very unique because it is has a messianic synagogue sister congregation called Beth Messiah Milwaukee. Both congregations have an excellent Biblical foundation. I am very blessed to be a member at both congregations. I enjoy the music of the contemporary worship music team and the sermons of the pastoral team. This is a wonderful church to worship and grow in your faith in Christ. Also, both congregations stress the importance of personal relationship with Jesus Christ and living a Christ-centered life.

I came before they had a regular pastor and when some of the leadership was on summer vacation, but a half dozen people introduced themselves to me, and then introduced me to a half dozen more. They're friendly and committed to a strong community life, so I stuck around. Lots of the folks here are involved with Milwaukee's Common Ground social justice initiative, too.

There is a prayer team, next to the loud worship band at the end of the service - is there a quieter place to do this? The prayer team from what I learned at a new member dinner at the pastors house does not get together or receive emails to pray over the prayer requests, although there is a prayer request form on the website. The pastor seems to have anxiety pacing at the end of a service and does not talk with anyone. There are great community groups to belong to. The elders of the church are all men, families with young children and all best friends. The pastor is part owner of a coffee shop that serves alcohol a few evenings a week- two locations. Sorry enabling people to drink when there is a Celebrate Recovery offered at either location is a major conflict of interest.
