Upon daily pick up in the mornings and drop back off in the afternoons .for the last few months, This company is not consistent because they pool clients and the pickup times are either early or late. Edit- Apparently the driver was stoned when he finally got to my partner an hour late!- This company is incompetent! I would really like a manager to contact me on how they can possibly make things right! My partner is in a wheel chair and relies on this service to get to and from medical appointments. I can not recall all the times that they have failed him. Last year they abandoned him at an appt and he had to wait hours to get picked up. Last week an idiot driver locked their keys on the van and he had to cancel a dentist appt and reschedule a month and a half later. To top it off, just today the driver drove right past him and is still heading into the wrong state. He will miss a pre op surgical appointment now and gave to cancel the surgery. Prior to arriving at the Appleton airport, I scheduled a pickup from (https://www.foxvalleycab.com/) the airport to home. I would NEVER recommend/use this service again. The driver was one hour late and the dispatcher shared that she only had one driver tonight AND that he had two pickups at the same time (9P). When the driver actually arrived, the minivan smelled like THC/Delta-9/hash (and acted like he was high). Moreover, this cab service is more expensive than UBER! I have been a long time resident of the Fox Valley area. I moved away about 17 years ago. I recently returned for a visit. I called for a taxi before my arrival, I was told it would be 30 minutes. No problem. 45 minutes later I called to inquire about my taxi. I was told it would be 15-20 minutes more. Ok. I understand. 30 minutes later, I call. It will be 20 minutes more. We are more than an hour. I am greeted by a driver that tells me I need to be nicer to the dispatcher. The one that promised me 30 minutes, an hour and a half ago. I told him I have an Uber on the way. I want his name. You don't treat customers that way. I will never use your service again. He told me to get out after waiting 120 minutes. Really. We order a cab for an early morning flight so we didn't have to leave our car for an extended time at the airport. The reservation was confirmed on their third party app, and I also called to confirm the day before our trip. The morning of the flight, we woke up, dressed, and went outside at 5:00 am to wait at the appointed time. When the cab did not show up, I took out my phone to call them. At that time, I noticed a missed call from earlier ( when my phone was on Do Not Disturb) from the cab company. There was also a voicemail message. I called the number and reached a person who said " Oh yeah. We called you this morning. We do not have a driver so we are not picking you up. Have a nice day." We scrambled and loaded the bags in our car and drove to the airport. Terrible service. Useless reservation app. Wish I could give zero stars. We will not order a cab again! read more

They had a friendly phone staff. However; the driver was unclean (had a not pleasant aroma). Unkept appearance. We handled our own baggage in the interest of keeping the scent off our baggage. This is a great local company that charges less than their competitors. specifically, uber and lyft!

Since Uber and Lyft do not operate in our small town I was led to look into something else to get my mom to the airport from Hilbert. Spoke to a very nice lady on the phone booking the appointment and then my mom even called the day before to confirm the time. Seemed like everything was going to be fine and a good experience, however this was not the case. Ended up showing up late, driver acted extremely causal about it telling my mom she had tons of time and even offered to take her the scenic route after he was late! What?! She ended up missing her flight and had to pay $400 for a new one and will arrive home now at 1:30 in the morning. Extremely unprofessional! Feel so bad I found this company and booked them for her! :( read more

i took Fox valley cab from s. Kernan in Appleton 20th to Midway rd. in Menasha at a cost of 17.00. I returned with Yellow cab on the same rout for 7.00. I am disabled and Fox valley cab arrived at the wrong building over 100 yards away . They did call to say they arrived, however they stayed parked and made us come to them. read more

Very disappointed. But this was my only option at the time. I landed in Appleton after a vacation, and wasn't able to secure my own transport from the airport. When I walked up to a cab, they said they were already picking someone up and I had to call the company. I did so, was told it would be 30 minutes for a cab. 45 minutes later, I called the company and they said the car should be there any minute. I checked with 2 or 3 cabs that were dropping people off who said they weren't for me over another 15 minutes (total of 1 hour waiting). So as I was walking back to my waiting area, a cab pulled up, a lady walked out of the airport, and climbed right in the cab. The guy the drove off but I saw him come right back around after almost leaving the airport entirely, asking if I was waiting for a cab. He had driven off with this lady before even checking who she was. I was then allowed into the cab, sharing the ride with her (why could I not have done this with the first cab I spoke to?) and got dropped off second even though it was my called cab. I knew it was going to be more than I wanted to pay (luckily I only had to pay the rate that would have been the airport to my residence directly), but with everything else, even the cabbie's friendliness couldn't make anything better. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. Unreliable even when booking cabs in advance. Ended up having to get a ride from a neighbor or would have missed my flight. I locked myself out of my home and needed a cab to get my spare keys from my parents home. I was already late for work and worried how long it would take. We have been using Fox Valley Cab for many years with excellent service. Three days ago I scheduled a pickup to the airport for my daughter for this morning. I just had heart surgery and was unable to drive her to the airport. Even though I made the reservation in advance and reconfirmed yesterday, the driver failed to show up! She finally showed up (after my daughter had taken my car to the airport and left it there) and said that she was late because she had to pick someone up at the airport. In the meantime, I tried repeatedly to get hold of someone at the office and was put on hold for 15 minutes and never did talk to anyone! I am very disappointed in Fox Valley Cab! I was staying in Oshkosh for work and have never been to the area. Having an early morning flight in Appleton I was worried about getting an Uber or reliable cab. I was so impressed with Fox valley cab! My driver was 15 minutes early for a 4:15 am pick up!! She was really nice and I got to the airport on time. I have scheduled 2 rides with fox valley cab and the first time they were on time. The second time, They were over 30 minutes late and almost made me miss and airplane. I called 3 times during my wait. Each time they quoted 5-10 minutes longer. Called in the morning to arrange a pickup at night at Appleton Airport and not only did the driver go to the wrong entrance (leaving us standing in the snow waiting for him)...he never acted like he was there to pick us up. Very overpriced compared to other taxis in the area. Terrible customer service. Asking the cabbie to drop an intoxicated friend off 4 blocks from our destination led to us being charged double fare; from downtown to their house and then from downtownto my house. I was charged 30 $ for a ten to fifteen minute cab ride that would have cost between 10 $-14 $ from any of the other cab companies in the area. I reccomed yellowcab.
