The staff are young, enthusiastic and fairly knowledgeable. The product range broad and interesting and the quality extremely high. Prices are fairly reasonable too! This is the best Italian delicatessen I have found in the Randstad. The one downside is the ridiculously early closing time during the week (5pm - who gets home from work that early?). A real find!
