The Shop is located in a building behind a residence, but that does not bother me, it's a detail shop not a fine dining restaurant :) It's just off Rt 309 near the Sunoco and Line Lexington Post Office on Hilltown Pike. My Large 8 passenger SUV was scrubbed clean, and shinny as new in just over 2 hours. They ran around like ants making sure I got it well & fast since I waited for my vehicle. Thanks guys. I bought a coupon for Mobile Detailing from Amazon Local. I scheduled the appointment and got a confirmation. However, they were a NO SHOW and didn't have the courtesy to call. Not very professional. When I called them, first they said it was too cold (still should have called). Then they said I wasn't scheduled. Then they said I was scheduled but I was scheduled for the shop and not for mobile. So they story was changed 3 times in 3 minutes. Again, NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL!!!!! I am very disappointed and I hope the owner sees my review. read more

I had to laugh at the previous reviews for two reasons. One, I can't believe this company ever got more than one star, and two, my story is practically identical to the worst reviews. Let's see, where to start. Bought two mobile detailing coupons from the Amazon Local deal, sometime in the winter. I call to schedule for the end of February. Voicemail is full. FOR THREE DAYS. Finally, I get through to the guy. Unfortunately, and this is forgivable, they can't do mobile detailing if the weather is below 40 degrees. Ok, we decide to wait until warmer weather because our other option is to drive to Line Lexington which is about 45 minutes from us. We schedule one of the coupons for a 9am appointment at my house. We let the guy know we only have street parking and a parking lot. We'll make sure the car is in the lot to make it easier. I wait until 9:15 that day before I call to inquire where the guy is. Dude picks up, says his employee is on his way. I tell him I can't wait longer, so the key is in the mailbox. Do the detailing and return the key. I go to work. I get a call from my wife 40 minutes later. The dude JUST showed up to my house. He needs electricity. WHY DIDN'T YOU SAY THAT WHEN WE TOLD YOU IT WOULD BE IN A PARKING LOT? Owner says, "Well, the generator's broke on the truck." THEN DON'T SEND OUT THIS TRUCK. Fine, we'll reschedule this appt for a Tuesday and redeem the second coupon the following Thursday. This time he'll come to my wife's place of work in case his generator's broken again. Tuesday appt time comes. He's not there. My wife calls him. "Oh, I guess I should've called you. Yeah, my guy quit today, and no one's coming out. Also, I don't know when I can reschedule. But you can drive to the shop and I'll give you a $10 gift card." No. We wanted MOBILE DETAILING. That's what we paid for. A $10 gas card doesn't cover the 45-minute drive to your place when you factor in the cost of our time. He also can't refund our money bc it's an Amazon deal. Thankfully, Amazon refunded with no questions asked. He got his karma though. Guess he didn't realize when we asked for our money back that we implicitly cancelled the Thursday appt. He came to my wife's work today. Her response, "Oh, I guess I should've called you." read more

Just used an Amazon Local deal for the "Ultimate Detail" package -- pretty impressed with how the car looked afterwards! Upholstery was stain free and the floors looked almost brand new. The car also smelled great afterwards. One small thing: they could have gotten in between the center console and the front seats a little better, but otherwise, no complaints. The staff was also very courteous and timely -- I would definitely take my car there again. read more

Pleasantly surprised... First time getting my car detailed, so that being said. FR Auto Detail did an Excellent job. I had a mouse intrude my car, so after I removed it, I couldn't feel complete til I had the car cleaned... I bought a mobile detail thru Amazon Local, and made an appointment which was easy. But they never told me the time of the appointment, only the day. Getting in touch wasn't easy--the owner personally responds to emails, and I'm sure he's got a lot of other stuff to do. Their voicemail box is always full, and you can't leave a message. 5 minutes before my appt, they called and cancelled because the truck broke down. So I rescheduled. They didn't show up, and this time there was no call. I got a hold of someone at the shop, and he was going to call the detailer and one of them was going to call me back--nope. I had to call again. I was told the "driver is MIA--sorry, I don't know where he is." WHAT? Seriously?? These are your employees--they just go on a joy ride all day and don't show up for appointments??? I'm not getting burned by these guys a 3rd time..... read more

I have used FR Auto Detail on two occasions and I keep going back! They are spectacular. I found them through a Groupon and was completely unsure what to expect. The owner is very nice and professional. He and his team do an excellent job. I highly recommend taking your car in yearly it not every 6 months. I will continue to go back. I have no clue where to start because this company TOTALLY SUCKS! I can't even morally give this place 1 star. I am SO UNIMPRESSED and TOTALLY disappointed with this company. First of all it took 2 months to get an appointment. We had a Groupon that was going to expire. The owner said he'd honor it then when the time came, we had to argue the fact that it wasn't our fault that he couldn't get us in before the Groupon expired. He knew it was going to expire and said he'd make a note but never did. Maybe just plain trickery? Needless to say, he took our Groupon after he gave us a hard time... Then the appt. comes for 8:00am. He never showed up. I couldn't wait for him because I have a job to get to... He didn't call to tell us he was going to be late, bad customer service. Then when I tried to call he never answered the phone. His voice box was full so I couldn't even leave a message. Then we made arrangements to pick up the car. I get there and he isn't there and my car is locked in the garage. Are you kidding me? Finally got my car the next day... we had a Groupon for a FULL SERVICE AUTO DETAIL this $150.00 dollar value package we got with Groupon for $65 was supposed to include the following: Interior and exterior cleaning Hand wash Hand wax Shampooing of carpets Interior detailing Tire shine Tire sealing It looked HORRIBLE!!!! The windows were streaked. I KNOW he used a squeegee, the car WAS NOT hand washed, it WAS NOT waxed the carpets WERE NOT shampooed the tires had mud on them and not sealed. I used to work for my father's auto body/mechanic company growing up, I did some detailing in my time so believe me, I KNOW a full detailed car when I SEE, FEEL AND SMELL one.. my car was barely touched!!! This guy is totally unprofessional and a RIP OFF. Believe me when i tell you do not waste your time or money in this company. You will be disappointed that your time and money were wasted. I highly suggest this guy hire a secretary to keep his schedule in order and make sure the phone calls get listened to and answered, that alone is half the battle. read more

I am not easily impressed but these guys did an outstanding job. Found them by a local Amazon deal for an Ultimate Detail. This place is not fancy, basically an over sized metal prefab garage. They are quite professional and take pride in their work. Dropped the car off filthy dirty covered with road salt. Interior had some carpet & seat stains. Four hours later they called and said it was ready. Not expecting great results I was astonished how good it looked. The paint looked showroom new with a deep wet gloss finish. The interior was spotless looking like it was never sat in. The aluminum wheels were polished, the tires were treated and the glass shined. I have detailed cars and know how much work this is. Never could I get a car to look this good in such a short time. These cars are professionals and you will not be disappointed. read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - WASTE OF MONEY I had scheduled an appointment for the "ultimate" detail via email for May 16th. I had received no confirmation and called and emailed multiple times that week, with no response. I had assumed they weren't coming and made plans for that day. That Friday night, I got an email LATE saying they will be here to detail my car that morning at 8AM. The next morning around 9AM, no one had showed up. Since I had already made plans it wasn't that big of a deal and I was going to continue on with my day, then I checked my email. Apparently the person who was supposed to detail my car was out for the day and someone would be there at 10AM (2 hours later). So I left hem to their work while I continued on with my day. I got back and the outside of the car looked GREAT. HOWEVER, I got in the car and the seats looked horrible, not even touched, and the windshield had a thick film on it that took me forever to wipe off. I had called them multiple times to fix it and I got an answer saying they would be able to do that. When I called to reschedule, the woman who answered the phone was very rude and told me the owner would call me back about fixing the HORRIBLE interior detailing job. I still haven't heard anything back almost a month later. I would never recommend them or go back for any detailing through them. read more

I tried several times to schedule an appointment for a detail with a voucher from Amazon Local. The number given is out of service, and after finally finding one online, there has been no response. Amazon says they are currently investigating this company after numerous complaints. Luckily I had my money refunded. Do yourself a favor, save your money and avoid this company. read more

This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. They do not answer their phone, they do not call you back, and they are NO SHOWS for appointments. I made my appointment online because that was the only way anyone would get back to me (I had purchased a Groupon) but no one showed up. I took the day off from work so this could be done at my home, and no one called or came. I phoned the shop multiple times, and no one answered or returned any of my calls. Now there is a message on their machine saying that they are no longer honoring Groupon or Amazon local. How about telling me that when I scheduled? Now I have to go through the hassle of fighting Groupon for a refund. Are you kidding me? This is not how you do business! Please do not use this place for any reason - they do not deserve your money. read more

CROOKS!!!! They are horrible. Beware!!!!~ They sprayed my built in navigation with some armeral or something and broke my built in navigation and stereo system. I was so upset. I asked them what happened and they said.."your word against ours lady. You brought it in broke" I certainly did not. I called the police. They will not take responsibility and told me to prove it. Also they said "good luck proving it". So mean. I was so upset. Now I am filing a civil suit. May not win because they lie so well, but I will do it anyway in hopes nobody else goes through this. By the way, they did clean my car, they vacummed it. Not detailed like I paid for. Smudges all over the place, sticky residue and dirt on floor in crevisses. I could have done that. read more
